L'accueil et la disponibilité de la conciergerie. L'appartement est bien situé, calme, propre. La place de parking privée est un atout.

Location. Comfortable bed, clothes washer (manual was available). Instruction booklet for needed information was available. We did not use the kitchen other than coffee maker and the microwave, but there was a manual for the oven/stove if needed. All looked good enough if we were to make meals, large fridge, dishwasher, plenty of space. Parking right outside the front door of the building. Neighbors were nice when we had a little trouble with the key the first time. Close to a bakery, grocery store, and meat store with some ready made meals (we didn’t get a chance to try any, but looked good). Easy walk into town.

It would get a little too warm in both the living room and bed room from the sun, so we had to keep curtains closed to help keep it cooler. We did open the windows some, but still needed to block the sun, and of course we closed them up when we left so came back into a warm apartment at the end of the day.

Lots of administrative work and need to make sure to follow very strict guidelines otherwise you will lose (part of your) deposit. Causes unnecessary stress and pressure. Not clean, especially the bedroom. Bed is too small for tall people
