Excellent séjour ! L’appartement est idéalement situé, en plein centre-ville, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied et de profiter pleinement de la ville. L’accès est très simple grâce au système de codes et aux instructions claires fournies avant l’arrivée. Tout est parfaitement indiqué, ce qui rend l’arrivée très facile et autonome. L’immeuble dispose également d’un ascenseur, ce qui est un véritable plus, notamment avec des bagages. L’appartement est confortable, pratique et correspond parfaitement à la description. Je recommande sans hésitation et je reviendrai avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à Rouen. Merci encore pour l’accueil et l’organisation irréprochable.

The location was good. The apartment was roomy .

The second bedroom is not private - we were 3 adults - 1 couple and a single - the single person did not have any privacy as the only thing separating the room from the lounge room was half a curtain. There was also no bedside lamp in the second room and the pillows were very poor quality. So not suitable for 2 couples - good for a family of 4 . The other frustrating thing was that we had to get the key from a different address to where we were staying which meant lugging bags around. The photos showed where to get keys and which to get but it did not prepare us for a very tricky lock. Which meant we went back to the first address to check we had the right key. We tried to contact the person looking after us but they didn’t get back to us till later. We did persevere and finally opened the door - so a bit of a hassle.
