We loved our stay at the Alto de Bila Vista apartment. Angela, the host, is very hospitable, we were very welcomed and felt like at home. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised, not only by the welcome set :) but by the fact that apartment looked better than it appeared to us at the photos on booking com. I would say that in reality, it looks a bit more modern than it appears in the photos. The apartment has a great view on Saint Jorge island. The apartment was big (for two of us it was almost too big :) ), clean, and had everything we needed. Great value for money. Worth noting that we were traveling by car, I believe this is the only available way to travel Pico island as well as other Azores islands.

The host is very kind and helpful, she was here to greet us even if we arrived in the middle of the night. The flat is spacious and comfortable. The view is amazing and the surrounding areas lovely. 15 minutes walk to a very nice natural swimming pool, ideal for families with small kids. We didn’t stay long but next time we will definitely stay longer! The restaurant close by worth the visit, remember to book in advance!
