Casa da Vigia

Das sehr saubere und gut eingerichtete Studio liegt an einer wenig befahrenen Dorfstraße. Brötchen gibt es beim Bäcker, der etwa 5min mit dem Auto erreichbar ist. Von der Terrasse aus hat man eine herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Bei gutem Wetter kann man auf der (überdachten) Terrasse frühstücken. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat auch ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns mit einen schönen Begrüßungskorb überrascht. Die Dusche ist in der Badewanne; eine Trennwand hält aber den Rest des Badezimmers trocken.

Die Hunde auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite sind teilweise auch Nachts zu hören.

Very spacious and very well equipped apartment with two bedrooms and three bathrooms. Spotlessly clean!!! Comfortable beds, kitchen and bathrooms have everything you have at home, more than you expect at a holiday house. Spices, tea, coffee, … Even a washing machine with detergent. Communication with Sandra was prompt, very helpful and very easy. She even gave us a welcome basket with homemade jam, some sweet bread etc. Thank you so much! The location is good to explore Lajes (whale watching, Ritinha restaurant) and the Eastern side of the island ( many nice hikes). Even Madalena in the West and the airport are only about an hour away.

Unfortunately, we a lot of rain-but the wonderful host made up for it. And on „our“ clear day, we saw Pico.

To begin with the hostesses, Fatima and Sandra, were so kind and accommodating. The home is beautiful, fully equipped for an extended stay and easy to find your way about the island from its location. The multiple views from the accommodation are stunning.

Localização espetacular com uma vista esplêndida, a casa estava muito completa com tudo o que se pode necessitar. A anfitriã é muito simpática e prestável. Adorámos.
