There was ample room for a large group so they weren't sitting on top of each other. It was in a good location and overall clean.
There were lots of light bulbs that were blown and some blew during our stay. There was bird poo on the outside deck chairs, the pool had leaves and sand in it, the table was dirty. The outside fan did not work, the BBQ would not light.
