About this apartment rental
Beautiful and comfortable 2 bedroom-apartment. on 2nd floor with lift. Non smoking. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need. Sunscreens (shutters) on every window. The infrastructure is excellent. All shops for daily use are around the corner. The Schönbrunn Palace, the famous Zoo, Vienna's longest shopping street (Mariahilferstrasse), the museum of engineering, a Fitness Center are very close. A metro station is located just 2 minutes from the apartment. The inner city can be reached ( St. Stephan's Cathedral) within 10 minutes by underground. The keys are handed over by the owner personally.
On week-ends (friday 9 pm to monday 9 am) a and holidays parking infront of the building is free of charge. For week days a public garage nearby can be used. Price: € 9,50 for 24 hours.
A baby cot 120 x 60 cm, bedding and a high chair are at your disposal.

Für unseren Städtetrip nach Wien hatten wir uns diese schöne Wohnung ausgesucht. Die Wohnung hat zwei große Räume mit Doppelbetten und einen großen Raum zum Essen und Verweilen. Mit sehr gut isolierten Fenstern und Außenrollläden ist die nächtliche Ruhe gesichert und wer Wert auf WLAN legt, wird sich freuen.
In drei Minuten ist man bei einem sehr gut sortiertem Supermarkt und der Tiefgarage. Die U-Bahn im 5-Minuten-Takt ist ebenfalls in drei Minuten erreichbar. Sie fährt nur 12 Minuten bis zum Stephansdom.
Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Wohnung, in der wir von der Vermieterin persönlich herzlich begrüßt wurden.

The owner, Anna, and her husband met us outside the apartment and assisted us as we had an extremely late check-in due to late arrival at Vienna airport. They provided information regarding best method of transportation and sites to visit.
Bright, clean, high ceilings, large space, modern kitchen and bathroom. Internet & Wi-Fi included. King beds in two large bedrooms. Everything that we needed was available.
We highly recommend this place.

September 2019. es war einfach nur super. Die Gastgeber sind verbindlich, nett und alles war wie zugesagt. Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel liebe mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet . Die Anbindung zum Zentrum durch die Nähe der u-Bahn optimal.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

From the moment we made the reservation everything was easy and convenient. The location, cleanliness and commodities were great. Our hosts were helpful, generous and charming. We would recommend without hesitation.
