The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for cooking (except a pair of scissors) and was well equipped with a stovetop, oven, washing machine, and dishwasher. We especially enjoyed spending time on the balcony. Our apartment was on the fourth floor, and the building had an elevator, which was very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The apartment was also within walking distance of the bus station and a bike rental.

The biggest downside was the bed in the bedroom, which squeaked every time someone changed position. This was especially annoying since we were two people sleeping in the bed, as the noise often woke the other person up. Another inconvenience was that the apartment did not include free parking. We followed the advice from previous reviews and parked at the Ottakring Park & Ride, about 1 km away, which cost €4.60 per day. Lastly, I had expected the apartment to be closer to the city center. Instead, we had to take the bus or rent bikes to get around. We also found public transportation in Vienna to be quite expensive compared with what we are used to, at €3.20 per person for an 80-minute ticket.

lovely place just right could do with instructions to use the applicances thought. lift up to all the floors. and penny shop and chemist (at the end of the road) and billas and shops with in walking distance also restaurants and takeaways.

the apartment was on the main road and it was a bit noisy but ok - if you book this place make sure you book one with a balcony or inner courtyard view - shouldnt be so nosy then the tv wasn't tuned in to any channels so couldn't watch tv apart from cable/satelitte. Having tv in bedroom but it was fine as I was on my own.

Great location, right next to Metro station. Nice neighbourhood. Bright and spacious apartment. Essentials covered.

1. There is major construction work right next to the apartment which looks like it will go on for many months and is extremely noisy. Fine & quiet on weekends/public holidays, but unbearable on working days. Fine if you leave by 7am and stay out all day, but a major nuisance if you fancy a lie in, a coffee on the balcony or a nap during the day. While I acknowledge the building work is out of the control of the landlord, it would be good to be told about it so visitors can make an informed choice when booking. 2. There is an unpleasant damp, slightly sewage-like smell in the bathroom that doesn’t get eliminated by the extractor fan. 3. Some suggestions for small improvements: a hook by the sink in the toilet to hang up a towel; a foldable drying rack; a few more clothes hangers; a bucket, mop and broom to sweep up crumbs or clear up minor spills. Ideally also a microwave as guests are more likely wanting to warm food up rather than cooking from scratch.
