About this apartment rental
Welcome to our new beachfront condo, with all of the amenities you could ask for in a beach resort. Grand Panama is a beautiful property, in the most gorgeous setting of the white sandy beaches and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our complex offers two pools, with one being beachfront. There are also hot tubs adjacent to each pool.
Grand Panama features a gym, parking deck, outside grills and a poolside tiki hut that offers great lunch and snack items, plus they offer adult beverages for the big kids. Our condo is beachfront, offering unobstructed views of the beautiful ocean. It’s truly a great place to relax and if you enjoy a gorgeous sunset, there is no better vantage point than our spacious balcony in the evening. We can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Each bedroom features a king size bed. There are also bunk beds in the hallway and a comfortable sleeper sofa. The master bedroom opens up to the beachfront balcony, as does the den. Our kitchen is fully equipped and we offer a washer/dryer as well. We recently purchased this condo and we have worked diligently to make it comfortable with new furnishings. We are beach lovers and we feel so blessed to have this condo and share it with others.

Everything was as described. Right on the beach and close to several restaurants and shops . We slept 7 very comfortably. Our only down fall was the pool was closed our last two days there . We would definitely stay again

Great stay overall! The location is super convenient—right by the elevators—though that does mean you might encounter a bit of a wait during busy times. Communication through the app was a bit delayed, so I’d recommend calling or texting for quicker responses.Parking in Tower #2 was manageable, unless you’re arriving late at night when it gets a bit more crowded.There were a couple of downsides: the dryer vent was broken and unfortunately damaged one of my favorite swimsuits. I also noticed a need for a deeper clean in some areas to address a few odors and mild mold spots. The bathrooms were decent, but the mattresses could definitely be more comfortable.During our stay, the combo lock stopped working, so we had to leave the door open at times. Thankfully, I never felt unsafe—security regularly patrols the property.All in all, it’s a decent place to crash with a few areas for improvement.

This condo was absolutely amazing! We had five kids and two adults with us and had PLENTY of space. The owner was beyond amazing with communication. The pool is beautiful and so much fun. The beach chairs were a huge hit for us! We will definitely be reaching out next summer to book this room again.

We love staying at Grand Panama. The condo was well stocked and generally clean. It is in need of a good deep cleaning before the busy summer. Extensive water damage on hanging shelf in extra bath and mold on vents. The curtains in 2nd bedroom were stained at the floor level, like water damage, needs to be replaced. Heavy dust on ceiling fan in second bedroom . The dryer vent needs to be replaced, cut finger trying to clean out. We do love staying here, but this unit does not live up to the standard that we usually experience at Grand Panama .
