Communication with company was good. Pool was nice and warm. Location was nice for us however the beach and park across the street were closed for construction which we were not aware of. Parking garage is for compact cars only we parked minivan on street which i assume during summer is not possible. Code for door to get to elevator on first floor worked the first day but not the second day. The apt was fine for us. It had a washer/dryer which we loved and each bathroom had soap, shampoo and conditioner(but there were no wash cloths). I felt the cleaning after the previous guest was well done. However, the maintenance of the place was not good. I read things in other reviews where they have said the issues are fixed-they are not. Still no chain lock on door, no battery in remote, bathroom fans disgustingly dirty, baseboards were very dirty, area rug was filthy, i used microwave and a silver piece fell off onto stove. None of these things are huge but the company is saying they were fixed and they were not. I understand locking the thermostat but it was set for heat at 73 (i cant remember exactly) and it was almost 80 outside making it super hot. Weather is unpredictable but it should be allowed to be adjusted to some extent. Overall i am 50/50 if i would stay here again.

The property was lovely, very clean and great views.The parking garage is very tight.The only complaint would be the lighting in the bathrooms need upgrading.The master bath had several bulbs out it was very dark.

My only big issue was that there was no way to securely lock the door to our room. The chain was broken and the deadbolt opens with the door handle and code. Travelling with two small children and my grandmother this was very concerning for me. The main bathroom had some lightbulbs out and the vents were very dusty. One of the remotes didnt have batteries. None of those were big deals, just mentioning it.
