Within this desirable lakefront community, you'll enjoy access to multiple swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis and other sports courts, day-use docks, a well-equipped clubhouse, and a beach less than 500 feet from your front door.
This single-level condo is located in Building 18 of Lake Chelan Shores, two buildings back from the beach and well within sight of the water and the surrounding mountains. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by central air conditioning, large picture windows that frame the view, and an open great room that brings together the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen.
Glass doors lead outside to a shaded deck with a gas grill and a dining table. Come cooler weather, you can prepare hearty homemade meals in the kitchen, sit down to eat at the dining room table, and end the evening watching movies in the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace. Additional features include a washer/dryer and a second TV in the main bedroom suite.
There's a wealth of amenities to enjoy at Lake Chelan Shores, including five pools, a hot tub, six outdoor tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts, day-use docks (with rentable buoys, boats, and jet skis), and a clubhouse with a fitness center, racquetball, Ping-Pong, foosball, and other games.

Dock details: There is a shared day use dock and boat launch. Shared docks may be used for up to two hours at a time. There is no overnight mooring. Buoys may be rented at the office for $25 per night plus tax.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This unit was spacious and it was great having separate bedrooms and bunks for the kids. The in unit washer/dryer was great as well. Kitchen seemed well stocked, but we didn't cook. There were some minor maintenance needs, such as broken blinds, TV in bunk room not working and missing showe curtain in master bath, but overall, we enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the enclosed patio felt private and was close to the pool and lake access. The property grounds are very well maintained, with lots of activities available to guests. This property is located about 5 minutes away from downtown Chelan, but that worked well for us. It was quiet, lots of families, and never felt crowded. Would stay at this property again.

The rental was really cute and clean. It had everything I needed. We had a swimming pool a few steps of our patio deck. The lake was just steps away. Everything was beautiful. My parents, my brother and my 2 kids stayed in this property and we were very comfortable. There is a sofa couch. 2 bathroom. It was lovely. I will come back for sure.
