Semi-detached house with neat decoration, located in a small residence very quiet well wooded and flowery, not overlooked and secure.
You will be 5 minutes walk from the center of the typical village of Sainte Anne with its market, fish sellers, shops and restaurants.
You will also have merchants who will make you discover the flavors and local products, at 350 m Creole rolls, chicken and smoked ribbs and all homemade rums.
1 km from the beach of Pointe Marin (club med),
3.5 km from the beautiful beach of Salines,
40 kms from Aimé Césaire airport.
DESCRIPTION OF THE RENTAL:
- 1 open kitchen, fully equipped, it has a dishwasher, microwave oven, multi-function robot, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle, induction hob 3 burners, oven and fridge / freezer, table for indoor meals as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking lovers, plancha, etc..
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a bed for 2 people, dressing room,
- 1 shower room and toilet, washing machine,
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 2 new single beds, which can be put in bed in bed 1 person of 200x1.80, 1 sofa bed, storage and television of 82 cm,
- 1 shower room and toilet.
Living room with 1 wicker sofa with 2 armchairs, dining table for indoor dining, 82 cm television visible from the terrace.
Iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.

We enjoyed 12 days at les sapotilles and had a wonderful time. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking hardware and the air conditioning is well placed. Sipping coffee or wine on the patio while looking over the garden was fantastic. The walk is rather short to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, and beaches though walking in the heat with kids took some aclimatization.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and only needed to rent a car for 2-3 days to cover a lot of must sees like the zoo, snorkeling by le diamant, and les salines

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison idéalement située à st Anne . Nous avons été accueilli par la gentillesse de Polly , des fruits frais ainsi que le nécessaire pour le premier petit déj était prévu . La maison est très agréable idéal pour 2 couples ( chacun son intimité ) le jardin est appréciable super fleurie en cette saison ( visite des oiseaux tout les matins) .Cette location à vraiment participée à notre agréable séjour en en Martinique

Idéalement placé pour découvrir le sud de la Martinique, le logement est fonctionnel et l'accueil avec ses petites attentions et prestations étaient très agréables. Super séjour
