Comprising: 1 AMERICAN KITCHEN with oven, 4-burner electric hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, toaster, utensils and dishes, all new. 1STAY opening onto 2 terraces with bay windows and comprising 1 pull-out bed for 2 people, 1 flat screen TV with 1 desk, 1 coffee table, 2 armchairs. 1 air-conditioned BEDROOM, 160x200 bed, new bedding, storage, mosquito net 1 BATHROOM with shower, sink, wc, hair dryer. THE ACCOMMODATION is located 800 m from the village of Sainte Anne with its shops, its market, its restaurants, its pretty church, its Creole houses, its entertainment and 5 minutes from the southern beaches. The accommodation is located on the ground floor, well ventilated, open on the tropical park by 2 terraces, the apartment is light and bright, the curtains on all the openings are blackout. The swimming pool is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. LINEN: sheets, towels, tea towels are provided and changed depending on the length of stay. Washing machine, drying rack and iron available. You will find tourist documents on site, there is no shortage of activities on the island, hiking, visits, aquatic activities, etc.
A courtesy tray awaits you wishing you a pleasant stay. Parking is free and secure. As of your arrival you will be greeted personally at the airport for the delivery of the keys and all the information will be given to you, with the code of access to the car park of the residence. Appartement propre, confortable, bien aménagé et bien situé au rez-de-chaussée. Clair et bien aéré. L'appartement correspond en tous points à la description faite par le propriétaire. Environnement agréable et sécuritaire, beau jardin, belle grande piscine.

Appartement spacieux, confortable, bien aménagé et bien situé dans la résidence. Refait à neuf et très bien équipé .Nous le recommandons et envisageons d'y revenir l'année prochaine

La literie grince dès que l'on bouge dans le lit principal, il me semble que pour y remédier il suffirait de poser des joints souples entre la planche qui supporte le matelas et le bois de lit.
Il est difficile de fermer le rideau du séjour côté est, la barre de bois qui le supporte a un diamètre trop important, les anneaux glissent très mal.
