About this apartment rental
This one-bedroom unit is located on the pool floor of the pretty apartment block of 3 units.
Has a room with terrace can accommodate up to 4 people. This accommodation is ideal for a couple with children. Direct access to the protected swimming pool. The open terrace on the protected swimming pool allows to supervise young children while being in his accommodation.
The living room is furnished with armchairs. A sofa bed in exotic wood offers 2 beds. A television allows you to follow the orange internet channels. The living room opens onto the swimming pool with a pass through. The colorful kitchen is fully fitted and equipped.
The air-conditioned bedroom is furnished with a 140 x 190 bed with bedside tables and lamps, a desk and chair as well as a large wall cupboard for storing your personal belongings. The window opens onto a small garden and the swimming pool.
The bathroom is not adjacent to the bedroom. Clear and airy, it is fitted with a washbasin and a shower cubicle. The wc is separate. This accommodation has a barbecue.
The Soleil du Sud residence welcomes you in a quiet residential development close to the amenities of the Sainte Anne sector in the great south of Martinique, renowned for its magnificent white sand beaches. The small size of the residence (3 dwellings) guarantees peace, rest and relaxation. At the edge of the swimming pool, as on the Salines beach, of which you are closest, you can enjoy the Sun of the South of Martinique.

There are two rental apartments on this very attractive property. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment for 4 days with friends and then the one bedroom for 2 weeks. We fell in love with the Sainte-Anne area in general and this property in particular. It is an 18-minute walk to the the village center from the apartments. There are two grocery stores with just about anything you would need for a week. We saw a fisherman in the fish market one morning with a cooler of freshly caught tuna. There are a number of friendly beach bars in town, and the Creole restaurants are especially fine.
The property is situated in a well maintained suburban neighborhood as you can see from the satellite view. On the weekends some of the neighbors had parties, but there was never enough noise to be a problem.
The pool was quiet and private and a wonderful feature. And it is only 6 meters from the kitchen door. The dining table in on the patio outside the kitchen door. We were entertained at breakfast by cheerful lesser antilles bullfinches Buddy and Betty. The kitchen had anything you would need to cook for a week. The refrigerator has an enormous ice making capacity.
The host is very nice and available via WhatsApp, and he frequently checked on our stay. He offered more fresh towels and linens than we needed.

Le logement est fonctionnel pour un couple avec un enfant. La cuisine est bien équipée pour des vacances, le logement était propre. La piscine est un plus agréable. Nous avons apprécié nos vacances et nous n'hésiterons pas à réserver à nouveau chez M et Mme Bapte si nous revenons dans les environs.

Endroit suffisamment éloigné de la ville ce qui fait que c'est très calme et en même temps l'accès aux plages communales et aux commerces est facile (environ 1km). Ceci nous a permis de rester 3 semaines, sur les 6 passées au total à Sainte Anne, sans voiture ce qui est très reposant. Mr et Mme Bapté sont charmants et à l'écoute. Leur propriété est bien conçue et permet la cohabitation avec les autres locataires sans gêne.
Améliorations à apporter : robinets thermostatiques et amortisseurs pour les portes.
