La ubicación, La tranquilidad. Buen sitio para visitar el pueblo. en mitad de la ciudad y las playas. fácil de llegar, y comodidad por el aparcamiento. En mi caso fui en Moto, Y la pude aparcar en le Jardín
Por comentar algo, el Baño/aseo. Pero solo para mejorar un poco y poder darle un el excelente.

La situación
Necesita un poco de mantenimiento, las ventanas de la cocina y el baño no cierran bien, tienen holgura y con aire se golpean algo, las alfombras no estaban muy limpias. Falta una balleta, solo hay estropajo. Se echa de menos que tenga unas pocas servilletas o papel de cocina.
