Perfect stay at Luma Apartment

This place absolutely blow our mind!! From the beginning Sandra (the host) give us a warm welcome. She give us a tour from the apartments and the facilities, she was so nice to us. Our apartment was perfect, the bed really comfortable and everything was super clean. We love our little terrace outside our apartment, where we can hang outside drinking tea and enjoying the amazing views. The location is perfect if you like quiet places and also close to nature. It’s online a 5-10 min walk to an amazing beach. And a 10-20 min walk to the city center. If you have big luggage I would recommend to take an OVERPRICED cab from the port to the location because of the hills.

Clean, nice host, private parking

Private parking in front of the building. The host is very responsive and helpful. The room is spacious. Just be careful, it is uphill from the old town. Super close to the beach, where there is shower at 0,5€.

Lady who owed the property could not have been more helpful asked for blankets iron board and Iron Lady gave us these said if we req anything to let her know she was so Pleasant and helpful nothing was a bother

Pleasant

The location was perfect for the beach but be warned to wear comfortable trainers as it is a rocky 10 minute walk down so be careful but worth the walk as thr beach is lovely. The apartment had all the basics and it does the job. We only wanted a place to put our heads down so it worked for us.

When we stayed it was extremely loud and noisy so for me and my two son's aged 16 and 20 nice restful mornings couldn't happen. There were kids opposite us and above us running banging allsorts which to be honest woke us up from as early as 7am. Also one thing which we didnt like was we came back from eating on our last night and there was a bang on the door. I said hello and we were asked to stop making noise. Bear in mind we weren't shouting but only talking. When I didn't open the door because I couldnt hear I was told to open the door which I replied that's something I'm not doing we are only talking and we will continue to do so. We were told we had neighbours and should keep the noise down, strange. One if nobody complained why would the owner knock to say keep the noise down. Now I know there is a no music policy between 10pm until 8am I would of loved the kids to be told the same thing.

Just for one night, close to the Beach (by stairs)

We chose a location close to the beach in Hvar. The apartment was as described. We could store our luggage after check-out (10am) to go to the beach, and later pick it up and ask for a taxi.

We weren't aware that taxis in Hvar are very expensive, compared to Dubrovnik or Split. It tool us 25 minutes by foot to get to the center of Hvar, so next time we will choose a place closer. The host was very strict regarding checkout time (10am). The apartment had no washing machine, no microwave, so only recommendable for short stays.

Property was close to beach and view from apartment was great. The rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable and cosy.The host of the apartment was super helpful and made us feel home. Had a great time.

Microwave was missing. But it was a minor hassle. For families with children the problem is to get to the center or port distance is 1 km but it's very steep pushing prams could be difficult and going by walk to location with luggage is also a problem.

Not the best option in town, but host is nice

Host, they even picked us up at the ferry port

- No AC in the room, only on the living room, - No dishwasher, no washing machine in the room (charging 10 euros for a load). - Toilet was smelly and the shower has water too hot sometimes or too cold (not mixing well). - The bed was super uncomfortable and makes big noise when you turn at night. The pillows were also uncomfortable (too high and no other option).

Molto consigliato

L'appartamento è appena ristrutturato, con mobili nuovi e funzionali. Il terrazzo è spazioso con un tavolo in cui cenare, vicino c'è una bella spiaggia che si può raggiungere a piedi in 5/10min. Comodo il parcheggio per l'auto. L'host è una signora molto garbata, parla bene inglese e ci ha dato molte informazioni utili.

Cómodo, tranquilo, limpio y buena atención

Apartamento cómodo, tranquilo y sin ruidos. Excelente atención de la propietaria, nos permitió dejar las maletas antes del check-in. Está equipado con todo lo necesario y limpio.

15 minutos caminando desde el puerto, con maletas es un poco complicado subir a la propiedad. Sin embargo, es una buena ubicación.

Appartamento vista mare con spiaggia incantevole nelle vicinanze

Appartamento luminoso e confortevole, con una terrazza spaziosa con vista mare. Proprio davanti casa parte un sentiero che porta ad una spiaggia magnifica. La struttura è circondata da un giardino molto curato. Parcheggio privato a disposizione gratuitamente. A pochi minuti a piedi c'è un piccolo market.

La struttura si trova a circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro (piazza) di Hvar. E' una bella passeggiata ma tenete conto che il ritorno è in salita. Avremmo gradito un prodotto per la doccia oltre il sapone mani presente sul lavandino e magari una bottiglia d'acqua in frigorifero all'arrivo.
