We had an incredible stay with Marina and highly recommend her apartments and her as a host

My wife and I stayed 3 nights in the Studio with Balcony and Sea View apartment. For the apartment, it was the perfect size to accommodate a couple or single person. The apartment was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed as travelers. There was more than enough space for our two large size luggage’s and had a closet to hang or store clothes. We did not cook, but if one wanted to, there was a stove, refrigerator, microwave and enough counter space to do so. As a thoughtful gesture, there were 3 different types of coffee makers and a hot water kettle. The bathroom was very big and had a great shower/bath with very good water pressure. Last but not least the balcony had two chairs and a table with a phenomenal view. You’ll be treated unforgettable sunsets. As for the host, Marina, she was incredibly kind and super responsive to any of our needs or questions. When we arrived she had maps and recommendations for us that were very helpful. For the location, we were fortunate enough that her brother was around the port at the time of our arrival and was willing to pick us up and bring us to the apartment. If he was not available to pick us up, we could have easily found a taxi just outside the port area as the apartment is uphill and would’ve been a challenging walk in the heat with our two large suitcases (can’t get the view without going uphill). The apartment was in a nice quiet neighborhood outside of the crowdedness of the main town area. The location was exactly what we were looking for and was a short 5-10 min walk into the main town area. There was also a market and a scooter rental center nearby (highly recommend renting a scooter to tour the island and beaches for the day).

We absolutely loved our time here, it was the perfect place for our girls trip!

We absolutely loved our time here!! Marina, was so friendly and welcoming and she had amazing suggestions for beaches and other local things to do, which made our trip even better. The apartment itself was lovely and spacious, very clean, and had such a homey feel (having a washer was also a huge plus)! The location was easy to navigate to, and we could get into the main areas of Hvar by foot really easily. We were a group of all girls and felt completely safe the entire time. Highly recommend staying here (and if I ever find myself back in Hvar I will be staying here again)!

Exceptional Place with an Exceptional Host

Wow! Wow! Wow! Our stay at Marina's house was exceptional! We arrived as hosts and left as friends. Marina; with the support of her family; knows how to pamper her guests and make them very welcomed. She truly made us feel like family, always caring and going above and beyond to make us feel at home. Her apartment is beautiful and extremely clean. Feels much larger than the pictures. The decor is very stylish and very homey. Kitchen has everything you need, full size fridge. Bathroom had a great shower, handy washing machine. Bed room had a true and comfortable queen size bed, with lots of storage space. The view from the balcony is amazing. We watched such unforgettable sunsets from there. The unit is just about 15 min on foot (downhill) to the old town, and about 10 min on foot (downhill) on the other direction to an amazing beach (never seen a water as clear as this one!). In a nutshell, don't hesitate to book Marina's place, because it's really worth staying here! Thank you Marina again for everything you did for us (from the welcoming goods to the surprise on the day of our departure, and so much more). Please extend our heartfelt thanks to your mom and Goga.

A fantastic stay on a lovely island

We liked everything about our stay. Marina was the perfect hostess, there to welcome us, genuine and warm, and communicating clearly and promptly. The apartment was really spacious, with both bedrooms a good size, and the whole place was nicely furnished. It was nice to have a balcony. A second toilet is always a bonus too. The location was ok - about 15 minutes walk to the centre of Hvar town, and about the same to the beach in the other direction, but there are bars and restaurants closer. A particular shout out for the Hvar Brewing Company, with great beer and an affordable menu of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Hvar town itself was also a bit of a revelation - it hadn't been on our radar, but it's beautiful (if a bit pricey)

Our stay at Marina's house was exceptional. She truly made us feel like family. She and her mother were very attentive and welcoming. They even helped us and assisted us with a minor health issue our son had. The apartment is very nice and cozy, has everything you need, and is very well located.We only have words of gratitude. We hope to return.

Cozy apartment on the hill hostes by local greatest host!

Marina was the best host we've met in Croatia! Very friendly, kind and responsive! She gave us very useful information about everything on Hvar. Home-like experience. Thank you! Apartment has all the equipment, it's clean and cozy. Pokoni beach is about 15 minutes by foot down the hill. The apartment has free parking. Comfortable for 4 people. It's on a hill, so be prepared to go up the hill several times a day )

It was a fabulous stay

The apartment was on the ground floor, very spacious. There were 2 bedrooms, with much room, and a living room with the kitchen. The location was very convenient - close to the beach, and quite close to the center (port). The host Marina was amazing. She advised how to get there, met to handle the key, explained how to get around and what to see, and she called us a taxi back. In addition to being clean, the apartment also had a very strong air-conditioner which is very important in the summer heat. It was strong enough to run the cool air through the bedrooms as well, and as a result, we had comfortable nights of sleep. So far, this apartment was the best as compared to the stays we had in Split abd Dubrovnik.

We enjoyed an amazing stay in a beautiful apartment above the city of Hvar.

Our host Marina was the best! She gave us lots of very helpful and insightful information. She spent time with us during check-in to give great recommendation re restaurants, beaches not to miss, etc. and she was spot on! The apartment was immaculate and well stocked w coffee, sugar, spices, shampoo, etc. It also had an amazing terrace with beautiful views of the sea and was super quiet after a busy day in town. Super spacious too and well appointed. And Marina also organized pick up from the port and drop off at half the cost of a taxi. We can’t wait to come back!

Really good value for money

The host Marina is a genuine person and went out of her way to accommodate us and our needs. She really made sure it was a smooth stay. Not only she made us welcome, but she woke up early to say good bye. I really really recommend this property. Perfect for tourist travelling with Car as parking is just opposite the property. Also perfect for tourists without car as property is near Hvar Marina.

We are so greateful to Marina, she really made our stay impeccable and joyful.

Everything was absolutely perfect, the apartment is stunning, super clean, spacious, the view form the balcony is breathtaking, everything was thought through in details even all the amenities (toaster, coffee machine, etc.. even shampoo and body wash, literally everything). The host greeted us with juice and water and sat us down to give us a full explanation on everything we could do in the city (best beaches, restaurants, stunning views, places to see on the island and on the islands nearby) she was the absolute best host, everything she recommended turned out even greater than we expected and if we needed further advice or anything we just texted her and she would pleasantly reply within minutes and do her best to cope with everything we needed. Hands down the most welcoming and really the best.

Marina was an excellent host , she met us when we arrived and was so welcoming . Marina gave us a detailed description of some the best places to visit for food, for day trips , local restaurants, how to access the beaches and helpful tips for our stay. Marina provides a fantastic apartment, it has all the amenities located nearby required for a relaxing stay. In the apartment There is air con , a beautiful balcony with a view of the sea, all necessary kitchen bathroom and bedroom facilities. It was spotlessly clean and Marina couldn’t of been more obliging if we needed anything. It was a wonderful stay thanks to Marina and I would highly recommend a stay here . I will definitely come back.

Excellent stay with a great view from the balcony.

Marina’s apartment is in a perfect location, 10 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes to the old town by walk. The room has a very stylish interior, spotlessly clean and comfortable, you have everything there what you need. Marina is such a wonderful and friendly host, she even went out of her way and arranged the entrance for me to a beach club. Communication is flawless, easy check in and out. Free parking spots are available. Highly recommended, would stay here again definitely.

The best apartment from our staying in Croatia

First of all clean , well designed and equipped , with wonderful view apartment . Very comfortable bed with nice sheets. We basically didn’t use air conditioner as inside was pleasant and cold , even in end of June. Also in first day when we arrived Marina told us about the island , gave many recommendations and in general was very helpful. Next time in Hvar we definitely will come back to Marina Apartment.

The host was very polite and very welcoming. She sit with us and she give us a short introduction of Hvar, she recommends places, bars, restaurants, beaches and events, and everything that you need. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom apartments with our kids aged 15 and 11. Marina and her family were the perfect hosts. So friendly and accommodating. Marina’s Mum even made some delicious pancakes for our girls, which was greatly appreciated. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and clean, with great wifi, onsite parking and all the essential amenities needed during our stay. The Pokonji Dol beach and the town of Hvar were a short walk from the apartment, and Marina kindly recommended a couple of local restaurants where the service and food were outstanding. Thank you so much for a perfect stay Marina, if we ever return to Hvar we will definitely stay with you again.

Marina is amazing, super kind, always ready to help, give us the best tips and help with everything you need to know about Hvar, you can feel that she loves her island and enjoys showing her guests the best that the island had to offer. ask her for restaurant tips. The apartment is perfect, comfortable and clean, with a big room and a sofa súper comfortable for 2. also has a good terrace. kitchen has all the amenities needed to make your stay perfect.

We had a 10-nights stay in this apartment, which had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen, big and super clean bathroom, cosy bed and simply stunning view from the balcony. The location is great, relatively close to the city centre and to the beaches of Pokonji dol and Mekićevica. Our hostess Marina was great, gave us great tips on where to eat, what to see. Don't forget to explore Pakleni islands (which you can see from the balcony), swimming there is close to perfection.

Lovely restful stay on the island of Hvar

Very nice and spacious appartment with all amenities included with a large balcony with a nice sea view. Marina welcomed us and provided a lot of useful information and tips for an enjoyable stay. The appartement is in quiet area far from the buzz of the nightlife.

No air conditioning in the rooms. A fan would be appreciated. the appartement is a 15 min walk,with steep parts, from the harbour. We didn t mind.

I really in love with this apartment and with our hostes!❤️ These apartments have everything you might need! This apartment is so huge, nice and comfortable that you can't even imagine what else you can wish for! The terrace is large and with a beautiful view of the sea ❣️ It’s close to the best beach on the island (Pokonji beach), close to the supermarket and 15 min walking to the crowded center (but also the way to the centre is so beautiful!) And the apartment’s owner Marina and her mom stolen my heart! They are the most friendly, hospitality and beautiful hostess! I was really lucky that I booked this apartment! Marina is amazing! She helped with Everything!! Even she have wire for iPhone (I broke mine and I recognised it when I came to apartment, I was unreal upset and I wrote the message for Marina and in one minute the wire was in my room). We are really thinking that we didn’t book apartment we were staying in a 5 stars hotel!!! I highly recommend this apartment and this host! If you don't stay here, then you will miss the chance to stay in the best apartments and meet these wonderful people!

Very nice studio, big enough for a couple, big balcony with amazing view. Marina and her family are very nice and helpful.

The location is a bit up-hill, which makes it difficult to come back by foot from the city center for the less trained people. The kitchen could be better equipped with plates and cooking pans.

Super spacious rooms with super nice host

Super nice spacious room.. Marina is super kind. She went the extra mile for us.. she explained what we could do /see in Hvar and around, also she knew we were on honeymoon and arranged/made folded swans and even champagne and chocolate.. on the last day her mom baked us some delicious apple strudel.. it was a great stay. If we are going to Hvar again we will definitely stay at Marina’s place.

Home away from home

Literally everything. Marina and her brother collected us on arrival and dropped us back after check out. We were told alot of useful information about Hvar and recommendations how to make the most of our time there. The facilities were fantastic and had everything you could want for a comfortable stay. This is the best private rental we've ever had and friendliest host.

Super séjour

L’appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé ( il y a même un lave linge !) la terrasse est super agréable avec une jolie vue sur la mer. Marina est une hôte formidable, elle a pris le temps de nous conseiller des supers plages, des supers restaurants surtout pour mon fils qui est végétarien (Restaurant Fig 👍) et en plus elle nous a accueilli en nous offrant des gâteaux, et de quoi se rafraîchir dans le frigo. Bref, tout était parfait, merci encore Marina 😊
