Apartments Marina

Marina was very nice to us, allowing for flexibility and being always approachable and very welcoming. Beautiful views from the balcony. Very well equipped and spacious apartment. Close to a nice beach (Pokonji Dol).

In case you don’t rent a car or a scooter, it’s a bit of an uphill walk to reach the apartment.

The apartment is very spacious. For a family, having two separate bedrooms, with sizeable double beds is so important for comfort and privacy. The aircon was great, meaning we were very comfortable in the apartment despite it being consistently 35C outside! Also, the apartment was absolutely spotless, so clean. Most importantly, the host was so friendly and helpful. We travel as a family around Europe a lot, and I can honestly say that Marina is the best host we have had. She was warm and helpful with great suggestions as to how to use our time most effectively. There were small kindnesses we won't forget, and she was so heloful when our son needed a doctor (she took all the stress out of the situation). We could not be happier with our choice and we will definitely stay with Marina again if (with any luck!) we get back to Hvar.

If I could give a higher score than a 10 I would. First and foremost Marina is the most amazing host. She is kind, caring, thoughtful and truly cares about her guests having the best experience in Hvar not just at the apartment but with recommendations on what to do. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, well equipped, great air conditioning and amazing view from the balcony. Extra touches of home cooked biscuits and a warm greeting on arrival really made this place stand out

Only thing we didn’t like is we only stayed 3 nights coulda stayed longer!

The apartment is very spacious. You have 2 rooms with big beds and one sofa bed in the living room. Additionally, it was two toilets which is very convenient for a bigger group. Kitchen fully equipped and nice view. The host was THE BEST. She truly gave us amazing recommendations about what to do on the islands and places to eat and visit and all the recommendations were fantastic.

It is conveniently located near a beautiful beach, although if you are not used to walk, it may get tiring to walk uphill to the beach and downtown area while taxis are really expensive. Not a big issue from my side tho but if you are not traveling light be prepared for that.
