The approx. 75 m² non-smoking comfort holiday home "Zum kleinen Leuchtturm" is located in the quiet district Neustadt, centrally between the Norder City and the coast.
You will feel at home in the living room on the cozy corner sofa with Wi-Fi, stereo system, DVD player and satellite TV on 138 cm flat screen. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The dining area holds plenty of crockery and cutlery ready so you do not need to rinse after every meal. In the 3 bedrooms can find 5 people. Downstairs you have a guest toilet and in. 1 Floor a spacious bathroom with floor-level shower and toilet, as well as ample storage space and hooks available. Das Objekt ist ein kleines Mittelreihenhaus und verfügt über alle notwendigen Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs in ca. 3 Kilometer Entfernung zum Deich. Der Vermieter antwortet auf Anfragen sofort. Alle möglichen Supermärkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und ansprechend eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Kontakt bei der Übergabe war sehr freundlich und auch der E-Mail-Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. Bäcker und Metzger direkt um die Ecke. Wir haben fast alles mit dem Rad erkundet. Greetsiel ist sehr zu empfehlen geau so ein Tagesausflug nach Norderney. Unterkunft ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Uns hat es sehr gut dort gefallen und würden es bei Bedarf direkt wieder mieten.

Wir waren mit 4 Freundinnen für 1 Woche in dem Frerienhaus. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.
Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles was man benötigt war da. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
