About this house rental
This beautiful villa is located in the Sarinchbashi district of Kalkan. Set on the hillside above Kalkan centre, the villa has spectacular sea views and a pool which is unseen from outside the villa. Thus making it suitable for honeymoon couples and those wishing total privacy, be it for religious or other reasons.
The villa has a capacity of 4 guests on two floors. The ground floor accomodation comprises of an open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area, which opens directly on to the pool terrace. There is also a twin bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, on this floor, which also opens on to the pool terrace. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, flat screen tv, and a beautiful double jacuzzi . Here guests can enjoy themselves whilst taking in the panoramic views across Kalkan Bay. . On this floor there is also a large terrace for the use of all guests.
The infinity pool is 8 x 4 metres and has a depth of 1.55 metres. The pool terrace is equipped with a dining area, BBQ, sun loungers and swing - everything you need to enjoy your stay!
The villa has wi-fi, satellite tv , and parking space adjacent to the villa. The nearest grocers shop is approximately 1 km form the villa. Accordingly, guests staying here would really need the use of a vehicle or use the local taxi service.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 4 nights or less there is an additional charge of 3000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
