Месторасположение хорошее, отличный вид на море, рядом супермаркет и пара кафешек, но наличие авто обязательно. Вилла большая, просторная, отличный большой бассейн с отдельной мелкой зоной и уличным джакузи. Также джакузи есть в двух спальнях на втором этаже. На кухне есть вся необходимая техника и много разной посуды.
Вилла сильно подуставшая и плохо обслуживается. Особенно это касается сантехники. При заезде не работали несколько душей, была сломана одна душевая кабинка, текли пара унитазов, отвалились некоторые розетки, не работала уличная джакузи. Сломанные души достаточно быстро починили, остальное - нет. Посудомойка и стиралка тоже работали не стабильно. Общее впечатление - состояние виллы не проверяют перед новыми гостями, не обслуживают профилактически, а просто устраняют по требованию самые вопиющие поломки.
