About this villa rental
Located on the hillside in the Kordere district of Kalkan, this spectacular secluded villa has three bedrooms and a capacity of guests. Fully air-conditioned throughout, everything is provided to ensure maximum enjoyment of guests, from the spacious luxurious lounge area with its satellie television, to the stylishly furnished outdoor sunbathing and dining areas, and portable barbeque. The ground floor accomodation consists of a large open plan kitchen and lounge, opening onto the pool terrace and its spectaculer sea views. A decorative open staircase leads up to the bedrooms, which consist of two double and one twin, all with en-suite bathrooms and sea views. There is a jacuzzi located in one of the double bedrooms, in which guests can enjoy the panorama whilst bathing.
The generous sized pool is 11 x 3.9 metres and has a depth of 1.5 metres. The nearest local grocers shop is 400-500 metres away. It is a short 4-5 minutes drive from the centre,(3km).
With the assistance of a curtain system in front of the pool, this stunning villa is ideal for those guests desiring a high degree of privacy, e.g. honeymooners.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 4 nights or less there is an additional charge of 3500 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Yusef, the bedrooms and en-suites were all very clean and spacious.
The pool is great and the views are amazing.
Our only gripe is that there was nothing at the property for our arrival - not even one sheet of toilet paper! There is a shop just up the road which sells everything you need, but it would have been nice to have at least one roll of toilet paper and some soap.

Beautiful property with lovely views. Communication between ourselves and Christine was good prior to our stay. Christine accompanied us to the property and introduced us to the owner Yusef. The property was clean and well equipped, though i would suggest more coat hangers . Villa Yusef receives the sun all day and the pool was lovely and warm. Being up on the hill brought a lovely welcoming breeze. Yusef looked after us and nothing was too much trouble.
Will definitely return.

Yusef and Christine ensure every need is catered for. Clean, modern, lovely sized villa with gorgeous infinity pool. The owner is also a taxi driver who can take you up and down to town easily whenever needed. Highly recommend this spot!
