We have returned from our stay at Eskı Koy Evı, Old Town, Kalkan. We were a group of 4 adults and we had plenty of room at the property. It is ideally situated for getting out and about on the old town and down to the harbour. The roof terrace and pool were very useful and the views at sunset amazing. Although in the Old town we were not bothered by any noise from music or the many roof restaurants that were nearby.
All the facilities were in great condition and the property manager was very helpful. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

A really great property, huge spaces and great location and views from the roofs. The welcome pack was a lovely touch especially as we arrived very late at night. Provision of towels for the beach also great and cut down on our packing!
The internal stairs are quite steep, the 6 year old with us coped fine but those with younger children should be aware its something to consider.
Definitely will stay again!

From my initial enquiry to leaving after my holiday , Emma was great with dealing with any questions . The house itself is literally 60 seconds walk to all the amazing restaurants in Kalkan town . The photos don’t do it justice . It’s very spacious and surprisingly quiet even though it’s right in centre of town . The roof terrace is very big and ideal for sunbathing . I would not hesitate to stay in this property again , I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and can’t wait to return !

Eski koy evi is a real gem in the heart of the old town. The house is tastefully decorated throughout, well equipped and provides very generous accommodation for a large group. On our arrival there was a small selection of breakfast items which saved us a shopping trip after a long drive. The upper terrace and plunge pool are the real highlight, where we spent most of our evenings sipping wine and watching the beautiful sunset. We will definitely return!
