About this villa rental
A stunning contemporary five bedroom, en suite, villa which comfortably sleeps 10 with breathtaking views across the Kalkan harbour and Mediterranean coastline. Private, quiet location with own large infinity pool, outdoor living experience. Located just above the harbour, the villa is a short walk down to the town centre, shops, numerous restaurants, bars, beach and beach clubs. There are a number of supermarkets in the town (including Carrefour just a 5 minute stroll from the villa).
For those who have a historical/archeological interest, the villa sits right on top of the famous Lycian Way, which dates back beyond 500 years BC. This c. 540km famous coastal walk extends around the ancient Lycian region, and has been rated by the Sunday Times as one of the top 10 walks in the world. Please note that a new property has recently been built in front of the villa, which has partially affected the sea views from the dining terrace. However, the villa still enjoys lovely sea views towards Kalkan Harbour from the pool area, along with views across Kalkan town from the BBQ terrace.
To enhance the outdoor experience and make the most of the remaining sea views, we have also added a new raised seating platform by the pool - the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery of Mouse and Snake island. Please see the updated photos attached.

Wonderful stay, great location and amazing pool. Shame about the house being built in the front. Should probably update the pics on the listing as it was a surprise to us.

Had a great time. Excellent property with amazing sea views. Short walk down the hill into town - taxi back up the hill! On quite a steep incline but worth it for the views.

Great place to stay for our family group. Excellent facilities at the villa made it a very comfortable stay. Since the villa is in easy walking distance of all the entertainment and eating options in Kalkan it was very popular place to stay for both the teens and adults in our party. The manager Halis was easily contacted and always helpful and efficient in responding to anything we needed. We would certainly love to go back again.

I was so skeptical of visiting here since I knew and heard nothing of this place coming from the states but this was literally beyond anything I could have ever expected. My family and I had the best time at this gorgeous villa. Best part about it was everything was so easy bc of Halis. He literally was the reason everything was so smooth and awesome! Halis is the greatest, we all love you and thank you for taking care of us. We did a few tours, the private boat tour our family chartered was by far the best experience. Darya and her family made us feel like we were at home her hospitality on the boat was beyond fantastic!!!! Her cooking is amazing and gives you a taste of the authenticity of Turkish cooking. We will definitely be back here at this villa best family vacation I ever had!
