Contemporary 4 double bedroomed triplex villa, with daily maid service, heated infinity pool, jacuzzi, garden, 2 outdoor cocktail bars, BBQ and fabulous sea views ideal for entertaining and relaxing.

The south facing Pool Terrace is the perfect spot for sunbathing, swimming, relaxing in the jacuzzi, dining, sipping a cocktail at the bar or enjoying sundowners whilst appreciating the amazing views from the shaded lounge area. Equipped with 8 comfortable sun loungers with parasols, 2 external Dining Tables seating 8 and 6 respectively, contemporary sofa seating and 2 hanging basket chairs, a wet bar with bar stools and of course the requisite barbecue for those occasional nights when you're not tempted by the delights of Kalkan's renowned restaurants!
The delightful garden level comes complete with a huge covered terrace, with yet another wet bar and fridge, to escape the heat of the day in the comfortable sofa area. Here you can simply relax or get a little more active playing Table Tennis, Air Hockey or Pool or perhaps backgammon or chess at the games table: An ideal retreat and fun place for children and teens!
Inside, Villa JaySea is just as impressive; - with 260m2 of built area it is spacious and airy and has fabulous views from all rooms. The open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen is fully equipped and tastefully and comfortably furnished in a contemporary style. There is WiFi throughout, Apple TV and full DigiTurk digital channel provision giving a vast array of English language Movies, News, Sports & Children's channels on all 3 TVs in the property.
In total we have 8 separate beds: Ideal for friends sharing a room but not sharing a bed, or for kids needing to share with Mum and Dad!
Three of the 4 large air conditioned and en suite bedrooms all have 6ft beds plus a sofa that, when needed, is actually a 2m long, full width single bed.
The fourth bedroom has two 5ft double beds
The 4th bedroom room, with sliding door access to the Garden Level Games Terrace, also has an XBox to keep the kids amused when taking a break from the sun. All bedrooms have hair dryers.
There is a fully equipped kitchen & laundry room for your personal use, but a stay at Villa JaySea is guaranteed to be relaxing as daily maid service, the services of a gardener/pool man and fresh bread delivery every morning is included: A truly luxurious and relaxing break in scenic surroundings in a fabulous location!!
IMPORTANT NOTE
Due to a number of stone steps the villa is NOT suitable for those with mobility issues. Please also note that we have a stair gate at the top of the external stairs, but we have no internal stair-gates. We also have an infinity pool with a sheer drop so children of any age must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times and should not be allowed to use floatation devices such as lilos, inflatable boats or similar without an adult due to the potential to float over the sheer edge of the infinity pool.
Very young babies are welcome and a travel cot and high chair can be provided.
Hairdryers, Bedlinen, bathroom towels, pool towels and separate beach towels for external purposes are all provided

Very lovely & spacious villa - we couldn’t have asked for more! Great rooms, outside area (the infinity pool was wonderful), pool table, table tennis, and bar! Joanna was exceptional, giving so much great information about the resort, dining options (in and out), local taxis, and transfers etc etc. Every question asked was answered thoroughly.We had bread delivered every morning & a cleaner daily.Kadir was on hand whenever we needed him too. Keeping the outside spotless, bringing us fresh water, and helping with any technical queries.Kalkan was a great mix and the locals are lovely!Highly recommended!Thanks Joanna

Villa JaySea is the perfect combination of all the luxuries of a hotel in the privacy of your own villa. The villa team were brilliant from the daily maid, who also prepared breakfast to the sunbeds being reset every morning and bread delivered were the little touches that make a holiday!Communication with Joanna from the start was very informative and friendly and shared so many tips for days out.This is all in addition to an amazing villa, with so much space and everything you need.

We stayed in Villa Jaysea for 10 days with our 2 young boys (9 and 6) and had another fantastic stay, this is the 3rd time we have stayed in this villa.Everything is catered for brilliantly in this very spacious and beautifully decorated villa and we have already booked again for next year. We would thoroughly recommend Villa Jaysea to anyone looking to stay in Kalkan. It has a beautiful infinity pool with a stunning view and plenty of amenities to keep our boys entertained (table tennis, air hockey/pool table, X Box etc.We used the upper bedrooms which again are very spacious and have fantastic balcony views of Kalkan. All of the bedrooms also have en-suites which is a big bonus.We felt a bit guilty about having the villa to ourselves as the 2 downstairs bedrooms were not used at all so maybe we will invite another family with us next year - there is certainly plenty space for 2 families in this villa.We walked down to the village every day and although it is a bit of a trek back up the hill we were only circa £3 in a taxi to get home so this worked really well for us.Kalkan itself is a beautiful and vibrant place with brilliant shops and fantastic rooftop restaurants and bars. The hard bit is picking a restaurant as we have never had a bad meal in Kalkan and there are many brilliant restaurants we are still to try - a good reason to come back again next year !To sum up we had another brilliant stay in Villa Jaysea and would thoroughly recommend this to anyone wanting a memorable and luxurious stay in Kalkan.
