Die Lage, nähe zum Zentrum und Größe der Zimmer.
Ausstattung der Küche, Esstisch für die gebuchte Anzahl der Personen zu klein. Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Eingang zur Villa für tiefere Autos nicht geeignet!!!. Für Mieter der Villen, sollte der Zugang zum Meer inkl. sein.Bei Booking.com steht privat Strand(da gehe ich davon aus, daß ich einen kostenlosen Zugang zum Meer habe!!! Nicht das es da private Strände gibt und ich sie zusätzlich kostenpflichtig nutzen kann!!! Bitte in der Beschreibung ändern ist sehr verwirrend).
