Villa "Avó Vitoria" with private pool and free Internet

Just come back from a brilliant relaxing stay at the villa , we were a group of 2 couples. The villa was clean and just perfect for our stay with a bbq area at the back and a fully equipped kitchen. Rosario was always on hand to answer any questions. The villa is a 20 minute walk from Praia de Gale beach, which is lovely with a great beach bar serving coffee and drinks during the day, in the evening we had a meal at the restaurant there which had great views across the sea where you can watch the sunset. There are several restaurants, coffee and cake shops within walking distance and an Aldi 5 minute walk away. We used bolt taxis to go out to Albuferia and found them to be quick and reasonably priced, so no need to hire a car. Would definitely recommend

Lovely villa in a brilliant location close to shops, restaurants and bars. Far enough from the hustle and bustle of Albuferia which is a short, inexpensive Uber ride away. The villa was clean and comfortable. The pool is a great size and we used it every day, we had temperatures hitting the high 30s. Our host Rosaria very kindly provided some groceries for us as we arrived late. One of us is a type 1 diabetic and the food was really appreciated. We have already decided to return again and again because this is an area we know and love and now we have found the perfect villa. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely Villa, in a great spot and managed by lovely people. On arrival, the villa was spotless. It had everything we needed for our stay including a lovely pool which we spent alot of time in. We had a few minor issues, but within a couple of hours of us reporting them the next morning they were all sorted without any fuss by Rosario and her family. The villa is well situated, with everything around it you need for a great holiday. We did not hire a car when we there, but didn't need to as there were shops, bars, restaurants close by and a beautiful beach which was only a 20 minute walk. We used uber taxis to visit a water park and Albufeira which cost between 5 and 9 euros. Aldi is a 3 minute walk for shopping needs, there is an english bar , with really friendly owners a 2 min walk away and a fantastic coffee and cake shop also 2 minutes walk away. Beware of the Brazilian Bbq restaurant just up the road, we paid for an all you can eat meal, which should have included pineapple after the meat dishes. They ran out, but we received no apology and when we complained, the owner/manager was very rude to us. Then when they presented us with the bill , we were overcharged by one person which we pointed out and did not get an apology again. Anybody thinking of staying here for a holiday, I would have no hesitation recommending this Villa.

We had a nice stay. Planty of room, clean inside and outside with a nice pool. The kitchen was provided with all the things we needed. Shops and restaurants nearby.
