About this apartment rental
Wonderful flat with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and large terrace with barbecue, set in a beautiful condominium with immaculate gardens and 3 swimming pools, a few minutes' walk from amenities and a short drive from the beach and golf course.
Situated in one of the nicest condominiums in western Albufeira, this newly-built, south-facing flat with free Wi-Fi, cable TV with PT channels and German satellite, air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room and large terrace with brick barbecue, 2 sun loungers and seating area, meets all the conditions to be your holiday flat.
The communal areas include carefully maintained gardens, 3 swimming pools (one for children) and underground garages with parking for each flat.
The flat is centrally located, right in the heart of Vale de Parra, just a few minutes' walk from restaurants, supermarkets and bars and a few minutes' drive from some of the Algarve's best beaches, such as Galé, S. Lourenço, S. Rafael, Salgados, Coelha, Castelo and Evaristo.
The nearest golf course is in the Salgados area (2 minutes by car), next to the Nature Reserve with its lagoon and wooden walkway that makes it easy to watch the birds that make this spot a stop on their migratory routes.
Albufeira, with its colourful marina, its charming historic centre stretching along Praia dos Pescadores and the main avenue with quality restaurants, bars, shops and a vibrant nightlife, is a 10-minute drive away.

2 week family holiday. Third time we’ve used the apartment. Lovely clean, well maintained and modern apartment. Great base for exploring the Algarve with underground secure parking for your car. Air conditioning first class. Lovely outdoor pool for general use. Will definitely be back!

Lovely apartment with a well equipped kitchen.
The pool areas and gardens are well maintained and secure.
The glass table made from a pallet on wheels, spoils the look of the large balcony.
Vale de Parra is a good central area for shops bars and beaches.
The only negative is the family living above the apartment, have 2 young children and from 6.30 am every morning, we had not much sleep due to shouting and screaming from adults and kids.
