About this villa rental
Modern family apartment , 4-6 pax, situated in private condominium, with 2 swimming pools,1 adults and 1 children, , sun loungers and parasols, children's playground and common BBQ.
3 air conditioners :1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living room
Wifi (fibre) and TV - it is one of the few apartments in the region with fibre, since the predominant technology is still ADSL
Life Guard by the pools in July and August
2 bedrooms : 1 with double bed, 1 with twin beds
Fully equipped kitchen - washing machines, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster
Living room with sofa bed, TV, dining table, etc - Heads up: The sofa bed... is a sofa bed... it does not offer the same comfort of a bed. It's more suitable for a kid than for an adult.

2 WC :1 en suite with a bath and a common bathroom with shower
Terrace with both sun and shade.
Garage.
Quiet apartment with great location within the condominium, close to access to local services, isolated from the noise of the road, apartment is situated in the corner- further away from the business of the pool
Spacious terrace with wooden table extending up to 6 people and another small table (2 pax). Individual parasol.
Access Control to the condominium, only accessible by code for greater security.
Access to the garage with remote.

Located in Vale de Parra / Guia / Albufeira just 4 km from the centre of Albufeira and 2 km from the Albufeira marina.

The property and the owners were superb. Nothing was too much felt like friends. We treated property like it was our own home thank you

Property smelt of cigarettes as soon as you went in. Bedding was clean but musty as mattress and pillow protectors had not been washed. Good location good facilities awful noise from children opposite screaming and shouting daily right outside our apartment so had to keep closing doors as ruined the peace and quiet we wanted. We only used pool once for the same reasons screaming kids and they echoed around the pool we are not kid negative as have grandchildren but these were unruly smashing up the plastic house in playground roller skating and using scooters outside no peace at all so went home late to avoid a headache
