About this apartment rental
Antique farmhouse, fully restored, divided into 4 apartments, each two-story and with independent entrance. The house is located in a nature reserve surrounded by low wooded hills near Lucca. In the estate (about 30 m from the apartments) is a centuries-old oak (over 500 years old), listed among the monumental trees of Italy and visited by tourists. Distances: 12 km Lucca, 40 km Pisa, 45 km Viareggio, 75 km Florence. View of the hills. Very quiet area with little traffic. Each apartment has its own private outdoor area with table, chairs and barbecue or with deck chair, sun loungers and parasol for your relaxation. For communal use: a brick wood-burning stove, a covered outdoor dining area and a laundry room with washing machine. Access to the house via a gravel road unsuitable for low-slung cars or sports cars. Wifi internet. Each apartment has baby crib and high chair, included in the price. S. ITL189-ITL192.

Um es gleich zu Anfang zu sagen: die Unterkunft ist grundsätzlich grandios!
Ein ausserordentlich großzügiger Wohn-Ess Bereich plus 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Alles sehr gut ausgestattet und super sauber. Selbst WiFi ist vorhanden.
Von demher passt alles.
Die zwei eher kleinen Kritikpunkte sind die recht hellhörige Unterteilung der Schlafzimmer (es sollte möglichst kein laut schnarchender unter den Gästen sein) und die am Haus befindliche "Oak of the Witches". Letztere ist touristisch beliebter als man denken sollte, weswegen die hinführende Schotterstraße häufiger und oft sehr früh lautstark befahren wird. Schulklassen der unteren Jahrgänge schauen auch gerne mal vorbei. Da zwei der drei Schlafzimmer ihre Fenster zur Eiche hin haben bekommt man das deutlich mit.
Abgesehen davon ist dass Appartement wirklich sehr empfehlenswert!

Abbiamo soggiornato 7 notti con i nostri tre figli. La casa è ancora più bella di come appare nell'annuncio, spaziosa, arredata con gusto e curata nei minimi dettagli . La pulizia è impeccabile ovunque. Anche la cucina è completa di tutto l'occorrente e funzionale in tutti i suoi aspetti. L'esterno è splendido, ampio e confinante con il bosco, il che procura una sensazione di pace e serenità. Anche le parti esterne di pertinenza e quelle comuni sono corredate da tutto ciò che serve per godere pienamente il tempo all'aperto. La Sig.ra Giuseppina è un'ottima ospite, attenta e premurosa.
