The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good with plenty of choices, and the location was convenient. The room was spacious and well maintained.

1. Location sort of near to the beach but not beach front, so thats is wrong, circa 400 ms. 2. Family room was adequate and had nice view from the balcony of the nearby 5 star hotel activities/pools and party the blue distant sea. 3. I arrived early and the receptionist was kind to let us use the hotel amneties, even though the room was handed over after 2 PM. 4. Private beach had enough Loungers (umbrellas and beds).

1. The quality and diversity of food is a a disaster. I will give -1 for this experience. a.) For 4 nights of stay they had the same syrupy non edible desert for all 12 meals. No cakes, ice creams, no turkish specialities. b.) Virtually no meat, only tough fibrous chicken dishes. One meal of poorly cooked fish, extremely tough, not juicy. c.) Bar runs out of every drink we ask for- Fanta khalaas, Vodka Khalaas, White wine khalaas. And the wines were the cheapest you could find in the market. d.) Bar had no cocktail options, totally untrained bartenders. they serve you few drops of Gin or Vodka neat in a glass, thats the most they can do. The bartenders were also standing in a specific corner of the outdoor pool area without any AC or fan, under extreme hot sun, and felt demotivated, also complained to me of very poor pay from management. e.) The live section Pide man, felt bad for him, whole day baking breads and Pide in extreme hot sun, surely the hotel management does not care about the employees. Funny part to save cost, he was making potatoe Pide, brinjal Pide, all sorts of veg pide mostly, with an exception to one day of preparing minced meat Pide. f.) Lots of raw vegetables, fruits and salads, mostly unwashed, my son had stomach upset, luckily we were carrying antibiotics. We sometimes felt like cattles. 2. The onsite hotel Hamam only had a male maseur, so before you book please check this, if you are a woman and is not comfortable. We did the Hamam and Turkish bath at a separate speciaized location. 3. Extreme poor price to performance ratio, 300 Euros per night, ~18000 Turkish Lira, and NO entertainiment + Bad Food +No Ice cream + Same non edible desert. 4. Communicating in english can be challenging. 5. Before I arrived I confirmed the possibility of taking the drink/food to the beach, they did mention yes. However after I walked 400 metres to the beach the beer/food was not at a consumable temperature anymore.
