Kemer Grand Viking Resort Hotel All-Inclusive

Overall I would give the hotel a 9/10. For what I paid it is great value for money. The location is on the edge of town but they provide free buses to the town and to the beach. I walked into town a few times and it only took 20 minutes. The hotel is located in a residential area so it’s quiet. The food is very good. I like to eat healthy and they had a great choice of salads with chicken pork beef for evening meals. Breakfast was good with fruit yoghurt and fresh cooked eggs and omelettes on some days. The room was cleaned every day if you wanted it. They put bottled water in room every day. Also had a fridge with free drinks and Pringles on arrival. The room was adequate with a small tv which I used my firestick on. They had free WiFi which was good. Also AC if you needed it. I had a good room overlooking the pool. The gym was small but very well equipped. I train 5 days a weeks and this was ample for my needed. The sauna was also very good. The all inclusive drinks ran from 11am to 10pm. The drinks are limited but I don’t drink alcohol. Mid week they brought a nice basket of fruit to my room which was a lovely touch. They also gave me a leaving present which was some Turkish delight. I could have done with better weather but they can’t control that.

Just a few things they could improve on. 1.Put some labels on the food. You had to guess what it was including all the sauces. They need to consider people with food intolerances etc. 2. A zero alcohol beer would have been great. 3. The shower ran hot and cold which was annoying 4. One member of staff a young man of about 20 asked me for a tip after serving me a drink at the pool bar which I thought was a bit cheeky

Staff is nice, cool option gozleme 2 times a day

Quality of food. During the week only 2 times was fish, and chicken was dry all the times. Deserts is ok, but all the same
