Excellent accomodation, spacious, clean and beautifully decorated, with a secluded patio. Very close to the beach (quieter part), close to the market and shops. Hoa was really helpful and added personal touches, such as flowers, fruits, cake, .....

Nothing to dislike!!!

So luxurious with all of the beautiful linens and fabrics. Beds were so comfortable and the huge shower rooms were great. Sitting area so modern and chic.

Hyggeligt lille personligt sted. Lækker strand. Centralt og med gode restauranter omkring. Super service og rengøring. Naboen “The Moon restaurant” var så søde, de leverede mad på stranden. Mega lækkert morgenmad om hjørnet på Cafe Yesh.

Måske lidt slidt og kunne godt trænge til lidt reperationer enkelte steder 😃 Naboen renser fisk hver morgen - det lugter en del 🤣

Location-if you want to enjoy the beach., location was the best. We hired a motorbike during our stay to go to the city of Hoi an, where takes 15-20mins. Restaurants and spas are nearby. Morning walk on the beach was fantastic. Facilities and linens-good to have a washing machine, dryer and a lot of towels Staff- easy to communicate with Dung. She responded well our requests. She was kind and nice. Dog friendly- our dog also enjoyed staying near the beach.

Housekeeping-could be improved more. The house wasn’t clean enough for us. Very dusty. Bathrooms and kitchen are also needed for proper cleaning. Ants are everywhere in the house. A little garden needs a gardener. It doesn’t look like a photo, which is a shame. The house is well designed and huge potential. Breakfast-It doesn’t come on time. If you book a day trip or something, it would be annoying.
