About this farm stay rental
Newly remodeled Farmhouse on a working goat farm. The rental does not include access to the Barn or farm land. Visiting Lynchburg? This is the perfect place to unplug and enjoy quiet country living. The property is tucked into a secluded country hollow and does not have any visible neighbors. Includes a large porch with a swing. Located 7 miles from Jack Daniel's and Downtown Lynchburg Tennessee.
Cottage is located on 17 acre goat farm. It has all the charm of country living. Enjoy a glass of wine or sweet tea in the porch swing while watching the kids chase lightening bugs in the yard or enjoy a good book snuggled in front of the fireplace on those chilly nights. The area is rural. WiFi is DSL (AT&T) and TV is Direct TV.
Cottage is located outside Lynchburg Tennessee. Close proximity to Bell Buckle Tennessee, Bonnaroo, Tennessee Walking Horse Celebration, Tims Ford Lake, and George Dickel Distillery. Close enough to visit Nashville or Huntsville Alabama.
Please do not disturb the working goat farm. Help yourself to the fresh eggs that are kept in the refrigerator when available.
No work crews please. The cottage is designed for vacationing residents.
Limit two potty trained pets allowed, no exceptions. **Note: Aphids (ladybugs) are invasive this year so you may see them inside the cottage. They are harmless, but we are constantly having to vacuum them in order to remove them. Exterminator cannot do much when it comes to flying insect.

What a beautiful peaceful place. Close to Lynchburg. Had everything you need to enjoy a few nights out in the country. Had a wonderful time. Can’t thank you enough for sharing this little slice of heaven with us.

This was one of the most relaxing places we have ever stayed at. The serenity and seclusion was exactly what we needed. Tis home had so many things to offer. We definitely plan to stay again next time with our children.
