We enjoyed our time at the house and the easy trips to both Nashville to site see and Chattanooga to visit family. Overall, we had a positive experience but a few improvements could help! There were a few issues with cleanliness when we arrived with there being finger prints all over the windows, dental floss stuck to the wall of the shower, and the floors were pretty dirty (we could tell from the bottoms of our socks). The kitchen isn’t super well stocked, so we had to buy a few utensils to make life a little easier for us, but we made the most of it! We all felt that a few small improvements to what is available for use in the kitchen and a little more attention to the cleaning, the house would be much more appealing for guests. It would also help to label all the light switches! There were lots and we always got a chuckle out of trying to figure out which switch went to which light. When we reached out about a few things like garbage pick up and the furnace, they were very helpful and quick to respond even on the NYE holiday! There is also construction next door. They were only there a couple days during our stay, so no big deal for us at all, but just a heads up for anyone else staying there!

This property was perfect in more ways than just one! Everything was amazing. It was very clean upon arrival. The house was bigger than it seemed in the pictures. The environment was even better. It was more than enough room for us. I say it’s a hidden gem because it was more than worth the money. The neighborhood was very beautiful and quiet. The host was very helpful when needed. And they had a book full of activities to do, food to eat, places to visit and more! I will recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

This property was simply outstanding. We came in for a five day weekend and having family nearby means our get togethers can be large.
So I require a house large enough but more importantly one “that works”. This house has that and more. Four bedrooms each with a large TV, two living rooms, one with wall to wall windows.
