We enjoyed our time at the house and the easy trips to both Nashville to site see and Chattanooga to visit family. Overall, we had a positive experience but a few improvements could help! There were a few issues with cleanliness when we arrived with there being finger prints all over the windows, dental floss stuck to the wall of the shower, and the floors were pretty dirty (we could tell from the bottoms of our socks). The kitchen isn’t super well stocked, so we had to buy a few utensils to make life a little easier for us, but we made the most of it! We all felt that a few small improvements to what is available for use in the kitchen and a little more attention to the cleaning, the house would be much more appealing for guests. It would also help to label all the light switches! There were lots and we always got a chuckle out of trying to figure out which switch went to which light. When we reached out about a few things like garbage pick up and the furnace, they were very helpful and quick to respond even on the NYE holiday! There is also construction next door. They were only there a couple days during our stay, so no big deal for us at all, but just a heads up for anyone else staying there!

We so enjoyed our stay at this home and would definitely book this place again! Our family appreciated the lovely country setting and sunsets off the back patio. Comfortable beds, nice touches throughout to make guests feel welcomed and at home. The back sitting room was a great place for the whole family to gather. Hosts were quick to respond to messages - great communication. Kitchen had all the pots and pans we needed and having access to laundry area was helpful. Location is convenient to Tim's Ford State Park, Tullahoma stores and restaurants, and Lynchburg. We would love to visit here again! Thank you!

Love everything about this home. Location was perfect for our needs. Games for kids, outdoor space for them to play. Sun room is the best to sit with coffee and watch the deer in the morning in the filed. Host was amazing and if we had any issues, she was quick to respond. We didn’t have any problems just questions really about different things to do around the location or to eat. Will definitely stay again next year.
