Its time to getaway from it all in this beautifully decorated 2018 town home. The owner has thought of all of the amenities that you will need to relax and play during your beach getaway. Sawgrass South is a gated community with great amenities. Within this resort-like atmosphere it has two clubhouses, two community pools two gyms, public grills, tennis and basketball courts. The clubhouse has weekly planned activities(IE: wine tasting, bingo, etcetera). There are several golf courses near by. It is only three miles away from the local Tanger Outlets and is only five miles away from Rehoboth town and beach.
This brand new fully furnished townhouse offers four bedrooms with two and a half baths. The first floor has a master suite with a king size bed, dining room, kitchen, living room, half bath, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and sun room with a gas fireplace. The second floor has three bedrooms two are furnished with queen sized beds and the other room is furnished with a twin bed and twin size bunk beds. Every room is also equipped with a TV. There is a living area outside the rooms with a couch and TV, and a full bath. The four bedrooms and the living room have 4K HD Smart TV's with cable. FREE Beach Parking Pass with ever rental. Kitchen is well stocked. Check-in was easy. Cleaners were finished about 15 minutes after 4 but we had family renting the house across the street. The house is very welcoming and spacious. Hosts were very responsive to questions. Plenty of pool passes. Didn’t use parking permit. Found it easier to pay for four hours and park close to beach. Plenty of bikes and pool toys. Body surf boards and chairs and umbrella. Beautiful back patio, although we didn’t sit out there. South pool area by gate entrance was really nice. Used grills there for family cookout. Beautiful clubhouse. Weather was fantastic. Washer and dryer work well. Great area upstairs with kids toys and couch. Our families enjoyed this house and the one across the street. We hope to go back again.

This was our first time staying in Rehoboth. We are a family of seven with five kids ages 6 to 12. This home comfortably accommodated all of us as well as my mother-in-law. Property was clean and spacious. The pool was a quick drive/bike ride or a .4 mile walk one way. The pool was clean and where we spent most afternoons after being at the beach for the morning! The permit left for the beach was fantastic, we were able to get a parking spot less than two blocks off the beach every morning before 10am. The beach was beautiful. We were pleased with this home and our stay tremendously! 10/10!
