Welcome to our coastal getaway: a beautifully maintained 3-storey townhouse, perfectly placed for exploring Delaware’s best beach towns. Just 5 mins to Rehoboth Beach for sandy shores, shopping & iconic boardwalk or 7 mins to charming Lewes with its harbor, restaurants & boutique browsing.
Set in the gated Sawgrass Community, this high-end home blends space, style & vacation living. 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths, comfort for up to 10 people - ideal for families or friends’ getaways.
This bright, open-plan home makes together time effortless - unwind on the deck and enjoy the fresh coastal air.
First/Ground Floor
Entrance hall & Bedroom 1
Step inside through double doors into a bright, spacious entrance hall, with easy access to and from the garage - perfect after a day at the beach. On this first level you’ll find a generous room with its own cozy sitting area (two settees and a TV) plus a separate sleeping zone. A full bathroom completes this floor, making it a great set-up for families and larger groups. Need extra sleeping space? One of the settees converts into an additional queen bed when required.
Second Floor
Kitchen, Dining, Living Room and Deck
Upstairs, the light-filled open-plan second floor is the heart of the home -ideal for relaxed coastal living. The fantastic, spacious kitchen is very well equipped with a fridge, freezer, 5-ring gas hob, large oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and wine rack - everything you need to whip up easy breakfasts and memorable holiday dinners.
There are plenty of lovely spots to start the day: perch at the high-top island, gather around the round kitchen table, or step out onto the kitchen balcony where a small table-and-chair set awaits. It’s the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, croissants and a slow holiday breakfast in the sea air.
A large dining table with comfortable seating for 10 makes get togethers easy - whether it’s a family feast or a laid-back supper after a day by the water. The dining area naturally flows into the open-plan living room, where a cozy gas, wood-effect fire adds extra comfort on cooler evenings (great for winter, early spring and autumn breaks too). Settle in with the Smart TV, sofa and armchairs, or slip into the small office nook - handy if you need a quiet moment for home-working while away.
From here you can also step onto the full-sized deck, complete with outdoor seating and a table - ideal for balmy evenings and sunset drinks.

On the third floor you’ll find the main sleeping area with three inviting bedrooms: two with queen beds and one with two twin beds - perfect for kids or friends sharing.
This level also includes two full bathrooms, plus a handy laundry area with a washing machine and dryer to keep beach towels and holiday outfits fresh.

The townhome with 3 floors, community pool and quick drive to the beach and town was a perfect location for our family vacation at the beach. The pool was directly across from the townhome, which was perfect for the kids to play and for relaxing by the pool. The 3 floor layout allowed for us to be able to have some quiet time throughout the week. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with utensils. Location was perfect as we were able to easily access grocery stores without having to go out on route 1. We also took a trip to Towers Beach, which was about 15 minutes away.

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful, roomy, renovated house. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet and enjoyed walking around the complex with easy access to pool and tennis and basketball courts. Property was minutes away from Rehoboth, Savannah and Johnny Walker beaches that we enjoyed very much. Weather was very good and the owners were very friendly and quick to respond to any of our needs. We will definitely consider returning back to this lovely house.

The townhouse was nice overall. Lots of steps to navigate. Garage door was quite finicky and took much work to open initially. Gate was also finicky after hours. There was no AC control on first floor but was on top two floors.

Great place with location near to everything we were looking for. Owner was super helpful and communicative. We had two couples and some kids and had more than enough room for everyone. Great stay!
