About this villa rental
The Villa Chiara Luna (formerly Santa Agata) is an exclusive villa with a wonderful panoramic view over Lake Maggiore. Due to the preferred location of the lake and the associated climate, the area is suitable for relaxing or active holidays all year round.
You live in a villa on a foothill facing south-east about 100m above the lake with a breathtaking view to Luino or Cannero (in the north) and Stresa (in the south). It has 4 bedrooms for 8 people and leaves nothing to be desired. On 6 sheltered sun terraces you can follow the sun from morning to evening. In addition, a spacious indoor swimming pool, a whirlpool and a sauna invite you to relax and unwind. The house is designed very open with a lot of glass, so that you have the fantastic landscape from every point in the house in front of your eyes and the room is always flooded with light and mostly sun. Breakfast can be prepared in the completely modern kitchen and then enjoyed on one of the sun terraces. An indescribable view of Lake Maggiore opens up from the indoor pool on the lower level of the villa. With a vitamin cocktail in hand, you can enjoy the flair of Italy without leaving your home. The jacuzzi, the sauna, the bar and the games (billiards, table tennis and table football) provide entertainment and variety right next to the pool. This ensures an optimal holiday and relaxation mood.
In the evening, the fireplace, behind which a wonderful panoramic view opens, invites you to a glass of Italian wine with calm music.
Just stroll through the large natural garden and enjoy the lavish flowers and vegetation. Find your personal favorite place for muse and contemplation or just watch the fish in the pond.
Lawns around the house invite you to play. There is also a barbecue area on the property.
