Located within 5 minutes\' walk to the lake and the centre of Porto Valtravaglia, the newly renovated villa consists of two separate apartments accommodating up to 12 people, making it ideal for families or groups looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway.
On the ground floor you enjoy the wonderful private garden, on the first floor you enjoy the splendid views at the lake. Both floors have a large open-living area/dining room with a kitchen and cooking island.. The well-equipped kitchens have a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a French coffee maker, an oven, a refrigerator and freezer, and an induction cooking plate.
On the ground floor, outside, there is a large terrace with outdoor dining space provided with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying meals in the open air overviewing the fenced private garden. Next to the villa in the green, there is separate area suitable for enjoying a cosy meal or using it as the BBQ area.
On the first floor, outside, there is a large balcony with outdoor dining space provided with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying meals in the open air. There are two separate balconies at the rear side of the apartment, which are suitable as the BBQ area enjoying the view on the lake.
