The detached villa, built in 2018, is furnished in a modern and rustic style. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a holiday home estate. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the sea and its quiet, sunny location. Available for exclusive use: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Your villa consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 105 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. A heating facility does not exist. The entrance is ground level. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, lounge and TV. You have access to the 20 sqm terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 double bed and sea view. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window, washing machine and dryer. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Sukošan. The villa is located on a 350 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence, a hedge and a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
