Luxury in a peaceful town

It is an amazing apartment. Fully equipped, brand new, nice odour once you enter. Big parking lot. Beautiful harbor panorama. The owner speaks very good English and nice things the dogs as well

I wish every accommodation is like this one

It was really outstanding quality, if every apartment would be like Niko´s we would be super happy. All was perfectly clean, when they mentioned fully equipped kitchen it was more than it, everything on place and in order no mess from previous travellers like we are used to. It was more tidy than i could do it myself. I appreciate that everything was working, all things refilled (coffe capsules, sugar, soap, toilet paper, etc.) and first time in my life i felt like i am the first host in new partment. I have to mention also big beds with very comfort mattress I slept great here. Close to grocery store, to the port and by car close to Zadar. We didnt went on dinner or for breakfast but next time we definetly will try. Thank you very much for great stay even for one night.

great location, great modern new hotel with very comfortable bed, TV, coffee machine, fridge, hair dryer and some dishes, everything is new. There is a balcony with a view of the garden, clothes dryer and table with chairs, good parking in the yard. Very clean, friendly and welcoming hosts. I recommend!!

Lovely modern apartment

They were so helpful with our late night (early morning) arrival. Lovely modern apartment, with air con in every bedroom. Lovely breakfast at their restaurant just down the road overlooking the harbour.

The only downside was the sofa bed was uncomfortable for our 16 year old, it would be fine for a younger child.

Great apartment, everything seemed brand new. Clean, comfy, modern and peaceful. Loved the attention to detail - quality fixtures and fittings. The owners have a restaurant a few steps away which serves some really good food.

Clean apartment, very friendly owner. It was possible to pay by card at the owners restaurant not far from the apartment. Private parking on the poverty. Pet-friendly. Wifi was working good!

Modern apartment. Large enough for 2 people + dog. Comfortable beds. Nice terrace with sea view. 50m walk from their restaurant for a very good breakfast. Also to recommend to have dinner there. Close to Zadar, beaches and the town of Sukosan.

Beautiful newly renovated, clean and well equipped apartment a few steps from the marina in Sukosan. Among other things, the apartment has a large covered terrace with the sea view. The hosts are extremely friendly, kind and professional. I highly recommend the apartment.

Topla preporuka za obitelji s djecom i sve koji traže miran, čist i ugodan smještaj!

U ovom smo smještaju boravili tri noćenja i cijelo iskustvo bilo je izuzetno ugodno. Smještaj je prekrasan, vrlo uredan i besprijekorno čist. Kreveti su bili iznimno udobni. Posebno bih istaknula da, kada putujemo u pet osoba, obično netko mora spavati u dnevnoj sobi, što zna biti neudobno. Ovdje smo, međutim, dobili kvalitetan nadmadrac zahvaljujući kojem smo se svi odlično naspavali. Domaćini su bili iznimno srdačni, ljubazni i uvijek dostupni. Check-in i check-out protekli su brzo i bez ikakvih komplikacija. Budući da smo putovali s bebom, domaćini su nam izašli u susret i čak nam omogućili malo dulji boravak, što nam je jako puno značilo. Restoran koji se nalazi svega dvije minute hoda od smještaja nas je ugodno iznenadio. Hrana je bila preukusna. Iako nije bila sezona pa nije bilo buffet doručka, doručak je bio vrlo kvalitetan, obilan i ukusan. Osoblje restorana bilo je izuzetno profesionalno, ljubazno i susretljivo. Cijeli boravak protekao je u opuštenoj i ugodnoj atmosferi. Lokacija je također odlična – moguće je lijepo se prošetati do Sukošana, a Zadar je vrlo blizu i savršen za kratki izlet.

Schick, sauber und freundlich!

Der Apartment ist gross, renoviert und grosszügig eingerichtet nach hohen Standards. Es ist an alles gedacht worden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Bäder einladend, Blick zum Meer. Die Gastgeberin war auch zur späten Stunde für uns da. Der Frühstück in luxuriösen Ambiente im nahe gelegenem Restaurant. Alle Wünsche wurde erfüllt, alles ans Tisch gebracht. Wir haben uns ganz besonders gefühlt.

Wir hatten Angst, dass unsere Kinder (5&9) aus den tollen Betten rausfallen, deswegen haben wir sie nicht alleine schlafen gelassen. Der Apartment scheint vielleicht besser für zwei Pärchen, eher grössere Menschen geeignet.

Rendkívül tiszta, modern, jó ízléssel és praktikusan kialakított, jó illat van mondenhol.

A környék barátságos, közel a tengerpart, pár perc séta a szállástól. A szobát reggelivel kértük, ami ízletes és bőséges volt. A vacsora a közeli étteremben szintén, amire 10 % kezdvezményt is kaptunk. A kiszolgálás kedves és gyors volt.

Ilyen nem volt. Nem zavaróan, de a szomszéd szobából a TV és a beszélgetés áthallatszott.

Sehr angenehm und freundlich.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, alles da was man braucht, super sauber. Personal bei Spätanreise super freundlich. Weiter so. 👍 Und der Strand ganz in der Nähe. Leider waren wir nur auf Durchreise. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen und mal länger bleiben. 👍👍👍

Nagyon szép, tiszta az apartman. Mindennel felszerelt. Segítőkész és nagyon kedves szállásadó. 10 kilós kutyusunkat is szeretettel fogadták, külön költség nélkül. Franceso étterem a sarkon. Finom ételek és italok, nagyszerű és gyors kiszolgálás.
