Det låg nära de centrala delarna i Sestri Levante. Låg även nära en stor matbutik.
Uteplatsen var ingen plats man sitter på försatt slappna av eller ta det lugnt. Utan det är en vädringsyta och där man hänger ut sina badkläder på tork. Den kändes även ganska ofräsch och smutsig. Bäddsoffan var även mycket liten och obekväm. Den var inte för två äldre tonåringar eller vuxna personer. Men värden kom med en till bäddmadrass efter det vi bett om en vilket var positivt.
