About this villa rental
"Villa Hidalgo Moraira": The new luxury villa will be available for rent .
This modern villa in Moraira (Pinar del Advocat district) is only approx. 1.5 km from the city center and the city beach L'Ampolla. The villa is south facing and offers sun all day and a breathtaking 180 ° sea view.
This villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is perfect for up to 8 people. The property is surrounded by a natural stone wall and offers appropriate privacy.
The large infinity pool (10 * 4.5m; 1.2-1.6m deep) can be heated and can therefore also be used in spring and autumn for bathing at pleasant temperatures. Relaxation is guaranteed in the integrated whirlpool or hammock.
Outside there is a charcoal grill (inside the pool bar) and a modern gas grill.
In the evening, you can end the day on the terrace with a view of the illuminated pool (possibly by the fireplace).
The spacious living room, dining room and high-quality country-style kitchen are on the ground floor. Next to it is a guest room with a double bed and adjoining bathroom (with shower, toilet and bidet).
The kitchen is equipped with two large fridge-freezers, a Nespresso capsule machine, ceramic hob, hob, microwave and kettle.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms each have a shower, toilet and bidet. The large, Moorish-style bathroom also has a whirlpool for 2 people, which invites you to relax under the LED starry sky.
The ground and upper floors are equipped with central air conditioning. In the colder seasons, the villa is heated with underfloor heating. In addition, a total of 3 stoves are optionally available for an individual feel-good atmosphere.
Access to the Internet via WLAN is possible throughout the house.
In the basement there is a high-quality pool table and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

- Unfortunately we cannot accept rental to youth groups.
- there is a minimum stay of 7 nights
- The day of arrival is generally Saturday from June-August. Another day of arrival (e.g. for a longer stay) is only possible by arrangement. Please do not make an immediate booking with a different arrival date without prior agreement.
- Bed linen / internet use / water / heating are already included in the rental price
- When using the pool heating (months 03-05; 10-11) there is a flat fee of € 25 / day
- Electricity consumption in the summer months (June-September) is charged at € 0.30/KWh if it exceeds 80 KWh/day
- Towel package is included (1 large shower towel and 2 towels each per person) - no beach towel available
- An additional deposit of € 300 will be charged for use of the separate whirlpool (new from 2023) The separate whirlpool is closed in the months of July and August (to prevent soiling from sunscreen)

The villa provided a great base for a relaxing family holiday.It was close enough to town for a gentle stroll to the shops and bars, whilst also being a great place to relax and enjoy the fantastic views.Really good facilities and the pool room was a great area to go and have some funLoved our stay

Firstly Thomas responded to enquiry’s quickly, where we had asked for blankets for the baby because he wasn’t very well he sent the cleaner round the next day with them.
She clearly smokes so blankets did not smell very good, also found cigarette buts near the pool, the same brand just outside the property the cleaner smelt like an ashtray.
We had asked Thomas if the sharp and broken tiles in the previous reviews in the pool had been corrected, he answered some questions but took no notice of some of my questions, by this time I had paid in full.
During our time my son had a deep gash on his hand also my daughter in law.
This villa needs completely updating, the lights in the outside bar and cooking area don’t work, the lighting inside often flickered no light in the room with bunk beds?
We spent ages cleaning the cups in the cupboard and most kitchen Items had to be washed Before we used them.
The kitchen sink was terrible,
Bedding covers were inadequate, just duvet
covers not the usual, pillows were not the normal.
The most annoying of all the pool turned green on the last day, we contacted the owner no answer, so we called the pool company, they could not attend until the following day we were leaving,the company advised they had not known anyone would be at the villa that’s why they had not cleaned it?? My granddaughter is an acute asthmatic and dosent respond well to mould and fungus in the water.
So overall Iwe certainly would not stay again.
