About this villa rental
Our Stunning Villa set on one level internally with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and open plan living/ dinning area. Steps lead down to private swimming pool and sun terrace, with outstanding 180 degree panoramic views of Moraira town and sea through to the Ilfache Rock at Calpe. The town and beach are within a 10 minute walk. There is an external dining area with BBQ and secure parking for up to 3 cars.
The interiors are designed and finished to a high specification featuring a modern luxury kitchen open plan to the living space and four tastefully refurbished bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities and two further guest bathrooms with large showers. Furthermore, spacious entertaining space with a stunning open plan kitchen and a glazed porch area opening to terraced balcony.
Exterior features include a decked patio with barbecue zone, private pool flanked with natural stone wall with water cascade, and sun-bathing space adjacent to the pool. Additionally, there is gated off-road parking and lower garden areas.

Moraira lies in a bay on the south east coast of Spain surrounded by beautiful mountainous areas. The combination of sandy beaches, crystal clear waters and its relaxing atmosphere has made it one of the most desirable holiday destinations on the Costa Blanca. Just had fantastic week at Casa Con Vista. Check in and communication with Grant (host) was fantastic. It is clearly a well loved place and we loved our stay. The villa is well equipped, lovely kitchen with large fridge/freezer. Loved the shaded bbq seating area. Pool is great and views you can’t stop looking at. You can walk into Moraira quite easily, yes there are a few up hill bits on way back, but we didn’t mind this at all. Local restaurant Hilltop which is 10 mins away has good food and lovely staff. Grant is an exceptional host. The area is fantastic, we explored all along coast and even ventured to Valencia for the day. We would love to return here as we all loved the place!

A home away from home. Grant was very accommodating during our visit. The x box gaming room was amazing and a great space for teenagers. All rooms are a good size, pool is great and for those with sensitive skin it’s shady from 5pm onwards so you get restbite from sun.We enjoyed it. Good facilities, has all you need and grant is always on hand to help. It is a 20 min walk into town but if you have a walking disability please note the villa is up two steep hills on the way back. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The property and the owners were both wonderful, we had an amazing time, all instructions were easy to follow and the villa provided a fabulous base for exploring the area. A car is really helpful for getting out and about, you can walk to the town centre for evenings out but the bays on each side of Moraira are worth the effort.

Stunning property, fantastic location. The property was spotless. Everyone of the family enjoyed there stay there. Which is unheard with us😂. The views were awesome from the balcony +A
