MARVELLOUS LUXURY VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL JUST 7 MINUTES WALKING FROM MORAIRA AND ITS FABULOUS BEACHES
This luxury villa stands out for the high quality of its construction, furniture and facilities. The interior of the property will surprise you with the spaciousness of its bedrooms, living rooms and especially its immense kitchen. Its 6 bedrooms have their own bathroom, 4 of them en suite. All bedrooms, the dining room and the kitchen have air conditioning. Outside, you will enjoy several perfectly conditioned spaces: two outdoor dining areas, barbecue area, covered chill-out terrace, a beautiful gazebo in the garden, sunbed area and lawn next to the pool, etc. The pool is fenced for the protection of the youngest members of the house.
This wonderful house is surrounded by an exquisitely maintained Mediterranean-style garden where rose bushes, bougainvilleas, and olive trees stand out. It is located on a large rustic plot surrounded by trees and vineyards. A privileged location, with great privacy, with hardly any neighbours and just 600 metres from the charming fishing village of Moraira, famous for its spectacular sandy beaches with crystal-clear waters, tranquillity, and the quality of its restaurants and shops.
The property is divided into two floors connected by an interior staircase. On the first floor are the two dining rooms and the kitchen. This excellent kitchen has wide sliding doors that open directly onto the garden, where the outdoor dining areas, barbecue, and swimming pool are located.
In a more private area of the main floor, three bedrooms are located in the same corridor. Bedroom #1 has an elegant en-suite bathroom and a spacious walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom #2 has an external bathroom. Bedroom #3 has an en-suite bathroom and a wardrobe. On the ground floor, in a very quiet area of the house, the other three bedrooms are located. Bedroom #6 is a family bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, the main entrance and the garage are also located.

This is a lovely large villa with lots of space inside and out. The pool and pool area are lovely with plenty of sun loungers, and the terrace areas wrapped around the villa are great for meals and drinks in the evening. The 5 bedrooms are all a good size, and all have a bathroom, some ensuite. 2 of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. There is a comfy lounge area inside and plenty of seating in the kitchen. The location is perfect too, just 10/15 minutes’ walk from town where there are lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. There is plenty of parking with an electric gate. The communication with Claudia from Solhabitat was great and she was quick to respond to questions before and after arrival. We would definitely return.

The villa is perfect for a family holiday. It is in a great location with everything you need in easy walking distance including the beautiful town of Moraira with its many restaurants and bars. As we were travelling with our young grandchildren we particularly appreciated having the gate round the swimming pool.
Unlike previous villas we have stayed in very few of the basic necessities were provided, it is always a pain having to buy such things as washing up liquid for a short stay.

The layout of the villa was fantastic. Every one of us had our own space. The place was so clean. Plenty of utensils and plates. Great utility room. Felt very safe. So handy for walking into town.
Beds were uncomfortable. Way too hard. Garden required weeded.
