Perfect

There are many things: perfect location with beautiful view, very nice and cozy apartment, we got one in the middle, upper floor and it was spacious and neat. We appreciated the cleanliness and that we also found a little sweet treat and a wine when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped, you had everything you needed even if you wanted to cook as well and do laundry. The balcony is a huge plus too. It’s larger than it shows in the pictures and we could access it from both the livingroom and the bedroom. Bed was comfortable and the bedsheets clean, we had an extra blanket too and two extra pillows. Bathroom was clean and had everything necessary. We stayed in December-January and it was a very pleasant atmosphere, warm outside and the heating worked perfectly inside if needed. Two sets of keys were provided as well. The building is situated very close to the shore, easy access from the main road and it has a underground parking but we used the parking spots from outside, down the street. There are plenty. Everything is pretty close by. The views are spectacular and you can take a walk along the coastline in both directions from the building and end up in beautiful places in just a few steps away. It’s a quiet, relaxed area, we had no problems with noise. We liked everything about it.

Amazing unobstructed view of the ocean from the big balcony. In a quiet area which we loved. Supermarkets a short walk away. The apartment had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Kitchen well provisioned.

Tv was quite old and not smart so couldn't connect any device. But that is a minor flaw.

Excellent sea view!

Excellent sea view and big terrasse. Good bed linen and towels. There is all you need in the apartment. In october was easy to find a parking space on the street. 1 small market is just 1 minute away, Consum and Mercadona 7min by foot. The are seems to be safe. The beach nearby was full of seaweeds :(

We had a great few days, the appartment is very comfortable with all you need for a short stay.

Fabulous compact appartment in a great location. Communication was very good, we were allowed into the appartment a little early which was very convenient. It is very comfortable and the sound of the sea is very soothing.

The extra charge for the parking is a little high & would be better included in the price.

Best Sea view apartment, spotless clean and well equipped

The apartment was on the 10th floor and had an amazing view to the sea. It was spotless clean, bed was super comfy, and it had everything we needed for a week stay including dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen stuff, 2 sets of clean towels, beach towels, AC, toiletteries. Couldn't ask for more.

If I have to mention a thing, maybe the distance to the bay where we went everyday was a bit too far but manageable.

Great location, very clean, great pool. Didn't meet host, which was great and had no need to contact after arrival. Very quiet location within close walking distance of all amenities.

4 coffee pods and a few tea bags was the welcome pack. When arriving late at night it would be nice to have had something waiting for you.

Exceptional Unbeatable Views

Gorgeous Apartment! There is a breath taking view from every single window and door in this home. 3 patio accesses, 2 full bathrooms and Bedrooms, full kitchen and laundry. Giant Patio. We couldn’t have asked for more. Street parking was very easy for us, but we were in town off season, It could possibly be a problem during the prime summer travel time. While the town was a bit quite in November this Apartment made the trip extremely enjoyable and relaxing. check in was very easy, with a coded entry and keys waiting inside. No need to meet up with the host which always makes things a bit easier. The host was extremely helpful from the minute we booked. Easy communication via watsapp. They even went as far as to send us a multi paragraph welcome message with recommended restaurants and things to see. Extremely helpful when it’s your first time visiting.

The door was a little hard to get into at first. Took us a minute to figure out how to work it as it definitely isn’t a standard door and has the door knob in the middle and the key must be held to keep the lock open. It didn’t impede our stay at all, but some directions of use might be good to have in the initial welcome message with the instructions on how to get into the property.

The apartment is very cosy and confortable, and the terrace is to die for. Best views to the sea right from the bedroom, living room, and of course from the terrace. The area is quiet, I would recommend it if you like to be close to the beach but still in a less crowded area.

Apart from the coded main entrance, the gate and inner doors to enter the building needed a key which was on the key ring up at the apartment. Thus a 22.00hrs arrival and 8.00hrs departure proved difficult! Some shade around the pools would be an improvement.

We had a perfect stay! The apartments are incredible, the views while dining on the balcony are simply unforgettable and the location of the property is faultless with the beach, restraunts and supermarkets nearby - I cannot image a better place to stay in Calpe! Not to mention such welcoming and caring owner, Carmen, who provided us with lots of tips and useful info. Few places ever exceed expectations, but this one did it hands down!

Uns hat alles gefallen. Die Hausverwaltung kümmert sich, alles läuft bequem über WhatsApp. Die Apartments sind sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass man sich gerne in ihnen aufhält. Der Meerblick ist unübertrefflich.

Приголомшливий вид з вікна. Хороше розташування, близько до пляжу, дуже тихо вночі. Дуже чисто, були навіть рушники для пляжу, за це великий плюс. Дуже зручне і комфортне ліжко. На кухні є все необхідне, також було достатньо миючого для посуду, таблетки для посудомийної машини, пакети для сміття (з мого досвіду не завжди залишають багато, доводиться докупляти).

Не сподобалось те, що праска досить стара, працювала, але з плямою. Плями на дивані і трішки пошкоджені меблі. Але це всього малі деталі.

Apartamento muy completo, no le falta de nada, está muy bien cuidado y limpió. Amplia terraza, apartamento ideal para pasar unos días y las vistas son de 10! Carmen muy amable y pendiente de todo lo que necesitáramos. Profesionales 100%!
