Location was great for us… very central, but also quite noisy with the stadium right in front. However, that did not bother us. We were 3 people. Unit is small but cute

The property is advertised as having Internet.. there was no Internet available, which was tough for us as we had work to do. What’s really bothered me, though, is that I sent several inquiries if there was Internet with no response from the owner. At least give a response saying there is none. I read through past reviews and it seems like the lack of Internet was a thing there were some other small minor things such as no towel racks no shampoo, but that is fairly minor. Bottom line if you don’t need Internet, then the place is just fine.

We were on the 3rd floor. Lots of stairs to climb. No hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels. No bodysoap/shampoo in the shower.

The tenant on the first floor had dogs. They would bark like crazy whenever we used the stairs. He also had his door open at times. So, the dogs would run up and down the stairs to bark at us. Quite annoying.

The apartment itself has good overall structure and is well located. However, there is A LOT that could be improved when it comes to guest reception and hospitality. There were enough issues to make me not want to come back and, honestly, regret making the reservation halfway through my stay. Starting with the communication: I was never sent any check-in details. I had to call and message the host myself. Access information is basic and should be proactively provided by hosts in advance, along with other relevant information for guests, such as the Wi-Fi details. I had to ask for the Wi-Fi name and password more than once, and I wasn’t even given a proper response — they simply sent me a blurry photo of the information, apparently taken in a rush from the Wi-Fi router. There is A LOT of noise from the street, the neighbors, the cleaning staff, and pretty much everywhere else. There is no air conditioning or fan, and the apartment gets a lot of direct sunlight. So, if you leave the windows open, you get no peace because of the extremely loud noise; if you keep them closed, the apartment becomes stuffy and uncomfortable. You basically have to choose between sleeping in a stuffy room or waking up every five minutes because of the noise from the street and the light from the street lamps shining directly into the bedroom. And this wasn’t even during summer… I can only imagine how unbearable it must be under these conditions in the summer. The bathroom has smelled bad since the first night, despite being clean. It is probably some unresolved plumbing issue. It is extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom door also doesn’t close properly, which seems to be due to a basic lack of maintenance. There is only one TV, in the living room, and it isn’t a smart TV, so it is basically useless in 2026 🤷🏽‍♀️. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to rest, this is not the place for you.
