I liked the location of being in the alley, it gave the European experience. Being from Canada we do not get to experience that.
It was hot and there was no air conditioning.

Two bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Perfect for a few travellers. Little tight in the middle of the apartment but it was a cute place. Bedrooms were nicely decorated and cozy. We had penthouse so had a big balcony. Could see the water down the alley. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Had a secure parking spot for extra money but not too expensive. Our host answered everything. Felt very safe.
Not a dislike but if you are mobile restricted the stairs could be tough with luggage. Tight and steep. Parking was a few blocks away with luggage. Manageable but could be tough for some.
