Short enjoyable seaside family stay

The apartment has a good size with new and modern appliances. Both bath and shower available for use. Nice bottle to welcome us. Comfortable beds. Spacious. Very easy access to the beaches. Early check in allowed us to enjoy a day in De Panne extra. We hope to go back.

You need to bring your own sheets however we were informed before hand and were prepared.

Alles in allem, fanden wir den Mietpreis nicht wirklich gerechtfertigt. (Für die Anzahl der Personen schon, für den Komf

Schöne Wohnung, schöne Küche. Perfekter Weg zum Strand/ Strandprommenade und zum Bäcker, bei dem es sehr lecker ist

Für 5 Personen (2 Erwachsene/ 3 Teenager) nur 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier, keine Bettwäsche, keine Handtücher, kein Strandtuch oder Ähnliches. Wenig Geschirr auch zum Kochen eher spärlich, auch von der Qualität. Es waren nur 2 Spülmaschinentabs vorhanden und 3 sehr dünne Müllbeutel. Keine Waschmaschine, zwar kann man in der Nähe Wäsche waschen, hat uns bei 2 Maschinen aber auch 20 Euro extra gekostet, da es nur einen sehr kleinen Wäscheständer gab, mussten wir die Wäsche auch in den Trockner stecken. Leider gab es keine kostenfreien Parkplätze für die Gäste 10 Euro/ auf der Straße 7 Euro pro Tag). Alleine Wäsche waschen und parken (vor Ort) hat uns nochmal ca 50 Euro extra gekostet.

La literie est super. La SDB est énorme 😅 Il y a déjà un lit bébé sur place, pratique pour ceux qui en ont besoin. Il y a ce qu'il faut pour la vaisselle, quelques épices etc... sur place. Les armoires de jeux pour enfants sont très appréciables pour nous. Nous avons pu louer la garage, ce qui est un plus lors de bon temps à la côte. Ne pas chercher de place et payer des sommes astronomiques. ( de plus, des jeux de sable sont dans ce garage. Ce qui évite d'en prendre avec soi). on adore et on reviendra encore.

Seul bémol à notre goût ( 2eme réservations déjà) et vu les chaleurs... Un ventilateur dans les chambres serait le bienvenu.

Endroit calme (mais éloigné des commerces et du centre-ville de Coxyde et vue de l’appartement sur les autres immeubles). Le spectacle d’Halloween qui était vraiment super (mais que nous avons découvert au hasard de nos promenades car aucune information reçue de la part des propriétaires)

Les chambres sont assez petites, il n’y a pas de placards de rangement dans la chambre des enfants(celui-ci sert de débarras pour l’aspirateur..) pas de table de chevet dans la chambre principale et porte qui frotte au niveau du parquet et donc fait beaucoup de bruit. l’eau de la salle de bain tarde à chauffer et la douche n’était pas propre (résidus de savon de couleur orange sur les joints et au bas de la porte), l’eau du bain s’écoulait jaune et le bouchon du lavabo restait souvent bloqué. La cuisine manquait d’équipement (pas de grille pain, de bouilloire, set de tables…), des fils électriques dépassaient à coté de la senséo (dangereux pour les enfants) et le frigo n’était pas propre. La taille du séjour est relativement correcte mais manque de chaleur (aucun élément de décoration ni même un porte manteau afin d’y accrocher les manteaux). Lors de notre arrivée nous n’avons pas trouvé d’emplacement pour nous stationner afin de débarquer toutes nos valises ( à 5 ce fut une véritable épopée). Un parking payant est au prix de 6€/jour à quelques mètres à pied de l’appartement. Dans le descriptif il est précisé que la location se trouve en bord de plage mais elle se trouve à deux rues de la plage. La veille de notre départ, la propriétaire m’envoyait un message dès le matin afin de nous rappeler d’être parti le lendemain avant 10h ce que j’ai trouvé assez malvenu (nous sommes partis le lendemain à 8h30 car nous avions 3h de route pour le retour) et sur le chemin du retour, elle m’a envoyé un sms afin de me réclamer 7,50/jours pour le « séjour » de mon chien sous prétexte qu’il avait fallu une 1h en plus à la dame d’entretien pour le nettoyage de l’appartement (celui-ci n’avait pourtant pas accès aux chambres ni à la salle de bain, et nous passions l’aspirateur tous les jours) nous sommes pourtant partis en laissant derrière nous un appartement encore plus propre qu’en arrivant. Bref, location assez chère pour au final rien d’exceptionnel.
