Very good place, we want to come back

Location is excellent, two minutes walk from the beach and the main shopping area. The apartment is fresh and pleasantly arranged, amenities are good (towels, bed linen, kitchen appliances, pots and pans, coffee machine, dishwasher, heating...everything modern and in perfect state; only the vacuum cleaner did not work). We appreciated the small garden and our pets were welcome. We had great weather too!

Other reviewers mentioned the noise of the tramway passing nearby every 20-30 minutes. It is true that it is noticeable, but we got used to it abs it did not detract from our excellent stay. Acces to the parking is steep, but we managed (and we have a big car).

We loved it and we will surely come back.

A perfect place for a getaway at the coast, only 3 minute walk away from the beach. Each apartment has its own terasse and enough space for kids to play. The host was extremely nice and she allowed that we be late with the checkout. The only issue that was less practical when you travel with toddlers were the stairs inside but we managed to avoid any accidents.

Superb

Bedding was very comfortable, the appartement exceptionally clean, and a very quiet place to stay. The situation was excellent. not in the center but very close to restaurants, shops and beach. Finally the host was available and friendly. We where surprised by this appartement and happy to stay there.

There is nothing I didn't like, let's be clear on this. What could be improved is maybe some TV cables to be hidden, not accessible to 2yo children.

TOPVERBLIJF GEHAD!

Topverblijf gehad! Alles aanwezig wat je maar kon bedenken, zalige tijd gehad! Zeer dicht bij strand, op paar km van Plopsaland, afgesloten parking, .. Wij komen zeker terug!

Un super séjour à deux pas de la mer

Très proche de la digue, des restaurants et des commerces; La place de parking privée et sécurisée est un vrai +; Équipement très complet (ustensiles de cuisine, draps de bain, draps de lit, essuie vaisselle, papier toilette, essuie-tout, jeux de société,...); Nous avons pu rester dans la location jusque 16h au lieu de 10h, nous aurions pu y renter à 14h au lieu de 16h, avec des enfants et un chien c'est très appréciable; Le jardin clôturé pour notre chien tombait à pic; Nous avons passé un super séjour !

2 petits bémols: Le lit superposé était vraiment bancal et faisait vraiment beaucoup de bruit. Manque de ventilation dans la salle de bain

Tres bel hebergement. Tout est à sa place. Cuisine au top. Chambres spacieuses et lits confortables. Possibilité de late check out

Pas une bonne insonorisation avec l'étage du dessus. On entend les chaises bouger et racler le sol ( il faudrait mettre des patins).

Très bel appartement, très bien aménagé et très propre à 50m de la plage. Parking un peu difficile d’accès mais un vrai plaisir d’avoir une place prévue pour stationner.

Appartement magnifique et super confortable avec un jardin, une terrasse et un parking privé. Une très belle salle de bain avec très grand douche et grande baignoire. Une cuisine très bien équipée. Le lit double était très confortable. A REFAIRE...

Zalige vakantie weg van alle drukte

Zalig in het zonnetje op het terras ontbijten of uitrusten na een lange wandeling aan zee. Vlakbij de zee en toch heel rustig gelegen. Het is hier fantastisch.

Super Ausstattung und direkte Strandnähe

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Ich habe selten eine so gut bestückte Küche in einer Ferienunterkunft vorgefunden. Es gibt neben dem großen Kühl- und Gefrierschrank eine Mikrowelle und einen vollwertigen Backofen. Sogar zwei verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen und ein Waffeleisen waren vorhanden. Sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand und der Supermarkt und Bäcker in 10-15Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wer im Doppelbett zwei getrennte Decken haben möchte, sollte vorher Bescheid geben.

Wenn man in De Panne so nah am Strand wohnen möchte, muss man die Straßenbahn in Kauf nehmen, deren Rumpeln deutlich zu hören ist. Für uns kein Problem, aber mit kleinen Kindern vielleicht doch etwas ungünstig.

Un Appartement 10/10 à La Panne - confort absolu !

L’appartement est exceptionnellement confortable, propre très bien arrangé, il ne manque rien. Les lits sont extrêmement confortables - espace extérieur Super - cuisine full équipée - c’est presque comme rentrer à la maison !

Si vraiment on devait écrire quelque chose… mais alors vraiment juste pour dire… je suis allergique aux guêpes … à l’extérieur. Il y a des plantes qui les attirent énormément. Mais d’après mes faibles connaissances, il me semble que ce n’était que des abeilles, même très allergique, aucun problème est survenus - ce qui les intéresse, ce sont les fleurs mais pas nous !

La propreté, l'accueil (intérieur embelli avec des décorations de Noël), une toilette au rez et à l'étage, très bon espace de la salle de bain avec boignoire balnéo et douche, WIFI, excellent aménagement de l'intérieur (peinture, marches des escliers pourvues de nez de marches antidérapants, fraicheur des couleurs ...) Ultra complet pour ce qui nous concerne. Parking privatif nickel jouxtant l'immeuble (super)

Ceci N'EST PAS UN REPROCHE mais plus une information à destination propriétaire : - le lave vaisselle n'est plus maintenu par des vis et lorsque l'on ouvre la porte, celui-ci aurait tendance à sortir de son logement. Par la suite, si l'on veut le réutiliser, on n'arrive plus à fermer la porte. Ayant déjà eu ce problème à la maison, je me suis douté qu'il fallait le reloger dans son emplacement en le tirant soigneusement vers soi de quelques milimètres. - Sauf erreur de ma part, il n'y a pas de notice d'explications (par exemple pour l'utilisation du thermostat, ce qui pourrait être un handicap pour des personnes âgées non habituées à l'informatique). - Boitier numérique de la barrière du parking est placée très bas (descente très pentue) soit à hauteur de la barrièrre. Il aurait fallu l'installer en amont de la rampe. Si je vous en parle, c'est tout simplement parce que je n'ai pas osé tirer le frein à main vue l'inclinaison de la pente. C'est d'ailleurs ma femme qui est descendue de la voiture pour composer le code.
