No Comfort

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the condition of the apartment, which did not meet my expectations for the following reasons: The bed blankets were very dirty and did not have clean covers. The pillows were in extremely poor condition, with visible blood stains and no clean pillowcases. The mattresses had no covers, and the surfaces were heavily soiled. The bathroom lacked basic necessities such as towels, hand wash, and soap. We paid a rate comparable to a 4-star hotel (EUR 121 per night) but received service far below that standard. I regret having to write this, but I hope it will help improve future arrangements. Please ensure that when hosts charge such high rates, they also meet the minimum standards for comfort and hygiene. Unfortunately, this experience has discouraged us from booking apartments in Belgium again.

The blankets were dirty, and the pillows were in poor condition, appearing extremely worn and overused.

Très bon emplacement, appartement agréable pour un séjour en famille.

Enregistrement prévu entre 14h et 16h. Nous avons dû attendre 17h pour obtenir le code pour entrer dans l'appartement. Aucune réponse à nos divers appels, SMS et mails. Attendre dans l'insertitude d'obtenir le code d'accès avec 4 enfants a gâché la première journée de notre séjour.

Perfekte Lage, genug Platz

Die Wohnung ist gut. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt um die Ecke vom Marktplatz, wo wir den Weihnachtsmarkt besuchen konnten. Ind der Wohnung war alles gut eingerichtet, auch die Küche mit Utensilien. Mit dem Parkplatz hatten wir keine Probleme, am Samstag-Sonntag sogar umsonst, sonst 5 € pro Tag. Vielen Dank! Gerne wieder!

Es war ein wenig frisch, trotz Heizung, keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher, bitte mitbringen. Und die Treppe ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig

Appartement bien situé confortable et au top

Idéalement placé. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin pour un chouette séjour . La literie du lit deux personnes est top .

À mon arrivée le lave vaisselle n était pas défait et la vaisselle pas très propre .c’est demandé aux derniers locataires de le vider . Des couverts sales étaient mélangés avec les propres dans le tiroir . Sinon appartement confortable . Penser à un petit congel pour les glaces en été ça serait cool !

Informacja od gospodarza, że na śmieci - to mamy kupić sobie worki w sklepie, bo takie tu obowiązują przepisy, albo zabrać śmieci ze sobą. Poza tym konieczna dopłata za ręcznimi i poszewki na pościel oraz brak papieru toaletowego!

Facilité d'accès, parking et remise des clés

Manque de propreté: beaucoup de poussières sous les lits (je n'ai pas fouillé, mais mon fils s'y est glissé en jouant à cache cache...), taches sur les couettes, brosse wc abimée, équipements/installations un peu vieillots Je n'ai pas su faire aller la TV malgré les instructions fournies / télécommandes en panne? Manque d'isolation sonore, on entendait très fort les voisins d'en-dessous, heureusement ils sont allés dormir tôt... Il n'y avait qu'une fin de papier WC (et en venant une nuit, on ne pense pas à en amener)
